In the blink of the eye when he unholstered his weapon is where premeditation is found in this case and so many others that we have all watched together. In the lack of evidence of any warning, in the decision to skulk and follow an innocent child.

TM wasn't innocent when he began a life threatening attack against GZ. TM escalated the situation. Maybe it's opinion but I really don't see TM as a child in any way.

In my opinion he was not a kid. And most teens I know would show respect to an adult given the circumstances. Explained that his father lived there and he was returning from the store. Was there any verbal exchange? What I have read says that GZ had turned to go back to his truck and TM jumped him from the rear. Is that incorrect info. ty

The defense attorney seems to be giving testimony more than an opening statement. He is rambling, unorganized, and boring! The knock-knock joke was totally unnecessary and insulting to the jury. He is putting me to sleep and the more he rambles on, the more I find myself tuning him out. Wonder if the jury is having the same reaction!?!

I guarantee you if he was a girl who was attacked and rape people would be calling her a baby, a child and just a kid. He is equally under age and a child.

Wasn't TM 19 years old at the time, that's past the age of majority, IIRC.

State does not have enough for a 2nd degree murder charge.

It's very obvious by looking at all the evidence that this is a self defense case.

Even if it was self defense, GZ put himself in this situation, not TM. TM did nothing wrong from the get go. GZ is the one who pulled the trigger, this would NOT have happened had GZ simply stayed put in this car. He assumed..

Def wants GZ's family in court room. TM's family is allowed there cuz supreme court rules victims families are allowed in court room. Judge is adament the Zimmerman's family WILL NOT be allowed in CR because they are witnesses. They can be in court AFTER they testify. Judge will not cut Def a break there.

I have seen no evidence except being pleased with what he did. According to his attorney's there is no remorse or guilt either. at least they haven't mentioned it and they mentioned everything else.

I think he is glad he "got one of the punks" off the street in his mind.

Trayvon had just turned 17. He was a kid! He was legally a minor, a kid, a teen. Those are the facts.

So a teenager can't kill or try and kill someone?

I don't believe Mr. Martin said anything at all. They have been nothing but respectful throughout this entire process. I won't take the word of GZ's friend when we have seen nothing but class from the Martin's. JMO
