Not sure. They had the neighbor of GZ on HLN. The neighbor said his house was robbed 3 weeks before GZ shot TM and that TM was in his yard. He also said that there were 9 robberies in the past year in the neighborhood and all were done by young AA men. I am not saying that what the neighbor said is true, only saying that is what he said. This neighbor wants GZ's previous phone calls admitted into evidence because he said it will show GZ's past good behavior.

That would be Frank Taffee, GZ's biggest cheerleader. He won't even be testifing, so doesn't matter what he thinks he knows. I ignore his tv rants.

Absolutely incorrect. TM attacked GZ. That's why he was shot. There were break ins in the area, TM fit the profile of people who committed burglaries. Common sense to call 9-11 to report it, and he defended himself as he had the right to do.

Respectfully, you have absolutely no evidence that TN attacked anyone first.

IF TM jumped out of the shadows and attacked GZ, it could be argued that GZ might have had the right to defend himself using deadly force. But there is no evidence as yet to support this. GZ's own testimony as to what happened does not even come close to matching the physical evidence in the case, and the 911 call does not match what we know was actually going on at that time.

So if GZ was out to kill that night, why did he bother calling 911?

In my opinion: COVER. He was basically reciting a list detailing an escalating threat that would lead to a justified shooting right there in the street. But two things conspired to ruin this: the first is that we know TM was not doing the things GZ described so menacingly, and the second was that TM ran.

Which, in my opinion, is what really inspired GZs anger. Here he had gone to all this trouble to set up a free killing, and the guy ran away leaving him with nothing. It's not like he could call back a week later with the same story. It was either kill TM or kill no one.

In my opinion of course.

if he was testifying he wouldn't have been able to be on JVM or watch the trial today - which he did both - plus imo watching him tonight, he is just an embarrassment - and the DT team should stop him from talking to the media

And I believe TM ran away / hid from GZ .. and GZ started to walk back towards his vehicle .. when TM returned .. and surprisingly appeared in GZ's face basically .. few words were exchanged .. and TM punched GZ .. and then got on top of GZ and started viciously beating GZ / smashing GZ head on cement etc (for which GZ has injuries to show) .. just as Witness John (mentioned today in openning statement) is supposed to testify, when his turns comes...

The rest is history.... - while being severely beaten, yelling for help (and noone came to help) ... in fear for his life / be it a real fear or in GZ's head only) .. GZ exercised his FL's right of Self Defence with legally aquired weapon, that he was legally concealing that night.

Where are you getting that GZ was just itching to kill someone and was so bloodthirsty that he decided he's gonna find some kid tonight to go shoot?

i was surprised today in opening statements that TM didn't have any DNA from zimmerman on his hands w/ the "huge struggle" GZ has described- and that george took a pic of the body b4 the police got there

There seem to be some interesting evidence of a small flashlight with a key found in one spot and then the fight ending some distance away. The screams always sounded to me let they were wrestling with the grunt groan type sounds, but like everyone is saying the ability of a cell phone at that distance to pick up correct sounds may be slim. Just something new I hadn't cosidered about movement in the actual fight. imoo

IMO the jury would disregard his whole testimony as to biased.

i dont think i could go as far as saying that GZ was out looking to kill - imo he was out trying to become some type of hero, trolling for ppl "he felt were suspicious" and was looking for trouble - bu that GZ wouldn't having any qualms about using his gun - thinking he could never get into trouble because he was on duty as neighborhood watch - imo he reminds me of the volunteer fireman starting fires so they can work as real fireman

either way - if GZ had followed common sense and the instructions of the dispatcher TM would be alive, that tm was profiled and chased and ultimatley murdered imo
