QUOTE:Something snapped.

Her lies and theft were beginning to be discovered and her whole tangled web was coming unraveled, and maybe it was more than she could deal with.
Mark Hacking comes to mind.

I don't think she knew who the father was.

Once Cindy demanded who & why....$$$$
Did Casey come up with a name.

I wonder what happened that caused JG to do a paternity test?

Maybe Cindy told LE that she thinks JG killed Caylee. Maybe it's a leak or someone in LE that knows JG clued him in on the accusation.

Didn't he say that he did the paternity test shortly after Caylee was born?

I believe CA started hinting as early as the bond hearing that Jessee may have been involved. She stated that she believed he was Caylee's daddy. However, she should have added that it turned out that he wasn't the daddy after he had a dna test shortly after Caylee's birth. She just sort of let it hang in the air and I think that's what originally started everyone's speculation about him possibly being the daddy. Even then she was working on plan b in case she needed to come up with a story to protect KC. I think she is a manipulative, cunning woman. Can I say that or will the attorney come after me?:chicken:

Hi- Just wanted to ask if Geraldo is going to PR today - because he is going there for personal reasons (family there?) or is something up with this case?

I am hearing him on Fox News outside JetBlu reporting on an evacuation at JFK- he says he is/was on his way to PR???

what does anyone think why he would be going to PR?

He made a good point about the car and carseat on the 24th. He leans toward around that date as being when something happened . Because up until then she needed car seat, then abandoned car and seat on 24th.

If Caylee was alive until the 24th why has NOBODY come forward to vouch for her whereabouts? Where WAS she from the 16th thru the 24th?

see good question............Casey claims the nanny took her around the 16th.

Jesse claims he cant be certain her actually heard Caylee that day....however, it is very possible that Casey said something as a play to make him think the child was present. Its such a mistery.

Bolded by me...
Don't forget though CA thinks DNA is a bunch of Hocus Pocus..so she probably still believes he is the daddy and the test was flawed:rolleyes:

Let me apologize in advance for having to ask...I don't have access to ytube @ the moment.

Would someone mind to elaborate on what JG stated about the carseat & the 24th.

TIA!

Exactly. JG seems pretty 'with it' and sometimes our first thought is the correct one. He thought he heard Caylee on the 24th, Padilla's theory is that she died around the time the car was dumped. The first thing I thought was - where the heck was Caylee ? Could Casey have called JG from wherever Caylee was staying ? I know I'm gonna get reamed for this, but it does lend some credibility to the existence of a 'nanny', though not necessarily Zani.
So now, all we need is for LE to be bluffing and 90% of those following this case to be wrong!! Somehow, I don't think anybody would mind being wrong about this.

Interesting that JG says the Casey now is not the Casey he knew. Of course it was. She lied about him being Caylee's father. That's a pretty big deception.

Pathalogical liars do not like having their honesty questioned or disproven. IMO, that's probably why Casey broke up with JG.

He can't bring himself to say Caylee's dead. Because he loved her and he doesn't believe the Casey he knew could hurt her child. Why does it seem hard for people to grasp that Cindy feels the same way ?
We all hurt for this little girl and want her found regardless, but we didn't know her or love her in the same sense as that of the GP's. Most of us really don't know how we'd react if we were in the same situation.

It seems Jesse also loved Casey and Caylee with all his heart. The difference is, Jesse isn't enabling Casey.

Not gonna ream you......but youre leaving out one important factor- she borrows the shovel on the 17th and the cadaver dogs hit in the yard 7/16/2008. So in theory she burried Caylee in the back yard on the 17th and then at some point removed her body between the 19-24 th of June- the very day she came back to the house...George asks her about the tire wedge, he discovers the missing gas cans, If you recall Georges statements....he wanted those tire wedges before he left for work that day....meaning he knew he needed them for the weekend and wasnt sure if Casey would be around to get them. He sees his gas cans in her car. The body smell not in there at the time. I feel the day he sees her with the gas cans.......he goes to work and she removes Caylees body from the back yard and it takes her a day or two to figure out what/ how/where to dispose of Caylee........the decomposition is then deposited in the car because of the breakdown of body fluids. I personally dont think what JG heard was Caylee that day, it could of been her watching videos of Caylee at home for all we know. At this time frame June 19-24th Casey has plenty of time to create her stories. IMO...I hope any of it made sense. :blowkiss:

Burried in the backyard under the sandbox. I am assuming that even JG himself is not sure he heard caylee in that phone call....it could have been a video or a ruse. Besides Casey debunks him hearing her on that date, she claims the last time she sees her child is on June 15th??? Nuts isnt it?

Yeah, and I'll be the one you guys can shoot at first, but something is bothering me about the timing and siding of JG in these interviews.

I know I've probably just seen too much, but I keep asking the same question you did: why would Cindy accuse JG of participating in Caylee's demise if Cindy thinks Caylee is alive?

Here's some other things raising my hairs:

1) JG is making it adamant that he "does not recognize THIS Casey", and emphasizes repeatedly that the Casey he KNEW (and even includes some other friends opinions at one point) was nothing like "this person".

2) JG made it clear in the 1st GR interview on 9/21 that Casey was his "first love" and he would always think fondly of her for that. He stated that he didn't want to break up with her after the paternity test revealed he wasn't Caylee's dad, but Casey broke up with him anyway. (He was probably heartbroken on many levels and very susceptible to becoming a toy for Casey to play with when she needed him.)

3) JG will point to evidence around the dates of the car and carseat, yet when asked can not bring himself to say one negative thing about "the Casey he knew". He's seemingly putting "out there" that as close to Casey as he is/was there are two distinctly different people living in Casey's body now.

Here's where I'm gonna duck for being a pessimist: :couch:

JG seems to still be in love with Casey. He dislikes Cindy because Casey complained to him frequently about her (in addition to just not liking Cindy for standing between he and Casey). JG seems like the type who would have taken Casey back at any time before all this. He might say he was done out of pride, but his lingering friendship with her indicates otherwise. I'm wondering: could JG be a plant for the defense? Could he actually be trying to help Casey get a lesser verdict?

Hear me out before you ban me please.. JG would have to say that he does NOT support Casey NOW, but he would HAVE to seem like he was a tool for the prosecution by saying that. But he keeps emphatically stating that he does not know who THIS Casey is, and that THIS person is not the same person he was engaged to. Hey, and it could be the truth we all have to live with, but then...Casey stole from her grandparents before Caylee went missing. Casey lied about working at Universal to friends well before Caylee went missing, and Casey didn't keep a job or have a life of her own as a 23 year old mother before Caylee went missing..Those are all things JG's "then only friend" Casey did.

Some of the party pics of Casey playing grab-@zz with other guys happened well-before Caylee went missing, but JG says he knew her as a "home-body"? That just tells me he has been misled by her for far longer than he knows. He sees the Casey he wants to see, and when confronted with facts JG doesn't want to see, he separates "the two Casey's" - and that works more for a defense than a prosecution team.

If not for your question as to why JG and his father are suddenly scheduling interviews to shoot down what they say Cindy is telling people about JG being involved, I probably wouldn't have felt compelled to ramble about my "off-feelings" about this, but something's setting off my BS meter big time. Just haven't figured what yet.

Yeah, this is bothering me too. He's a valuable witness, but like everyone else, he was constantly lied to fromher.
I also think it threatens a man's masculinity to admit publicly he constantly fell for lies.

CA is an RN. She is aware of what DNA is and the implications of it in this case. She called it hocus pocus to try and throw reasonable doubt out there. It seems all her mistruths and half truths, from the beginning, have this sole purpose in mind. Mistruthing under oath is also called perjury.

She said believed.... past tense. Not that she believes it now.
Regardless.... Believing something to be true does not make it perjury.
