He's back and according to this article sooner then the limitation for the extradition time had run out.

Doesn't look like a success IMO. Unfortuneatly!

The reason for my link on this, is his hair is blonde, and don't know where it was taken, but to me, it looks like a holiday type place, the chairs and tables, the parasols and the plants pot ashtray, suggests it could be breezy, Coul it be Portugal, I've been so I no it can be breezy, as on Atlantic coast, and early summer is not that warm, just a thought

Hey Lily, you are right. These ashtrays on the tables are very common in germany and mostly used in areas with lots of wind. Like in coast-areas.

So, could be everywhere in europe or just Hamburgs port in Germany, unfortuneatly!
