Two attorneys (one prosecutor turned criminal defense and the other a defense attorney always) with over 10k cases tried between them, discuss cases using 1000's pages of trial documents and explain what happened during trial of popular and controversial cases. They then explain why certain evidence is allowed in and why other key pieces are not, as well as offer insights into how they would have tried the case differently.
Very interesting to understand what happens after arrest and gain a better understanding of how trials work!
They are full of glorious dark humor as well, very cool podcast! Check out the Michelle Carter, Emmitt Till, and Casey Anthony episodes!
