I cant even imagine how she must feel. Shes a victim too
In my opinion it seems like it. The "springfieldman" screen name IMO is related to the Springfield 1903 rifle which many collectors love. It was the US armies standard issue rifle from 1903 to 1936. I always saw pictures of what looked like a Mosin Nagant rifle which was the main rifle of the Russian empire then later soviet union during ww1 and ww2. In another photo I saw its replacement rifle the SKS rifle which was quickly replaced by the AK47 in 1948. None of these rifles are produced new, they ceased production decades ago, and are known as Mil-Surp (military surplus) in the gun world. If you walked into a gun store and asked for a good hunting rifle they are not going to hand you any of these. you would have to recognize them on the wall or ask for them specifically. It could all be a coincidence since it looks like he horded 200 other guns. But My opinion is that he is into, or at least aware of military history.Big coincidence that this guy is an army nut. A civilian army nut. I don’t think he served right?
Most likely, he had an implant or at least a bridge.Thank you for this article. It says he has a missing left front tooth. I find this slightly unusual since he was in the consulting business and might have to meet new clients and pitch his services. I wonder if one of his victims kicked him in the teeth.
His office is close to Penn Station, where he would catch the train to Long Island.I wonder if he purposely rented office space in this particular area of the city? I don’t know Manhattan super well, is this area easily accessible from the train station?
Does anyone know if he made the city commute via train only or did he ever drive in?
If there's ANY possibility that he posted here, the moderators should contact law enforcement. They might be able to get information from our end, too.Agree.
Every once in a while new members appeared in the LISK sub forum here, enjoying too much to derail conversation and divert our attention. I always felt it was one single person creating sock puppet profiles, because IMO they used always same grammar, same syntaxis. They enjoyed themselves too much, again IMO.
Pretty sure LE will check all the sites RH used to post. Will be interesting to know if he posted here. I bet he did. Let’s wait and see.
Could also be patterned linoleum. That used to be a popular checked floor covering. The basement of the house is tiled -- I enhanced the photo to make it easier to see.
ETA: Also of note is that there appears to be a second door to the basement (under the storm doors) which is visible in the enhanced photo.

Depending on the degree of disability, some areas also pay benefits to caregivers, if the dependent's disability is severe enough that the caregiver cannot hold outside employment themselves.I believe every state is different. I also believe you don’t receive as much from SNAP as you would if you are income qualified
"Our system includes over 700 miles of track on 11 different branches, stretching from Montauk on the eastern tip of Long Island to Penn Station in Manhattan."His office is close to Penn Station, where he would catch the train to Long Island.
Wow, that was quick! I'm so glad that she is leaving this 'man' and hope that she gets the support she needs to help her heal and process everything, I'm sure this whole situation has been overwhelming.
Damn that was quick! I bet she’s been miserable for a long time. I wonder if law enforcement has shared more evidence with her than has been made public. It’s probably been a long time coming.Good for her. And, poor woman. Divorce is hard enough under normal circumstances. And her circumstances are definitely not normal.
She probably feels safe from him, for the first time in many, many years.Damn that was quick! I bet she’s been miserable for a long time. I wonder if law enforcement has shared more evidence with her than has been made public. It’s probably been a long time coming.
Hey I've got a question:... the belt with the "WH" or "HM" - I am guessing that it is "HM" and that could mean HeuerMann
Is that a significant clue? Was the belt actually found on one of the bodies? Those of you long timers.. please fill me in on when this was released by police and the details of the actual image? What did it come from?

I don't know if I would call it a no mans land. All of his offices are within eye or earshot of where the Macy's Day parade is held. I worked on 5th a few blocks down from his office for years. The only area I would avoid was Broadway between 27th - 30th because I would get harassed by the men standing outside the wholesale shops. The area is never empty day or night and Koreatown has been one of the biggest nightlife spots in the entire city for upwards of 20+ years. Lots of Karaoke and trendy restaurants. Lots of limos with bachelor, bachelorette, and birthday parties. There are lots of places I could see being referred to as no mans land in Manhattan but the area around his offices not so much.I know the area surrounding RH office very well. I lived in the city until 2003 and at the time area was very very seedy. Sort of a no mans land. Several methadone clinics, and street prostitution was most definitely still happening. That general area is often referred to as Little Korea. Interesting to note when thinking of RH internet search for “Asian Twink” and possible connection to murder of Asian DOE

Also, it's good she retained an attorney (it appears that law firm specializes in criminal law as well) as I'm sure LE will want to speak with her.

Yes, it’s like he has hit all of the mainstays of a military collection. I may have heard Mauser too. I’d think a violent individual using guns for crimes like son of Sam would just use one that he’s comfortable with and that’s it. I’m wondering why the police would take the cat and cat food…thoughts?
