I still don’t get why RH would have to be terminating the torture in his house. He might have brought them there for role playing while his family was away but it would seem to me he could have opted to terminate his victims elsewhere. As an architect he could easily see to that, one would think.

Or he pulled a Dexter. He would be capable of that too.

As to his females leaving their hairs, maybe that’s because those Scandy brittle blonde little hairs are so easy to miss. Not that I know his first wife’s hair color in the 90s. I seem to recall that she is a caucasian brunette.
Home would give RH access to his tool collection.

From the adhesive marks, it would seem he did in fact go dexter. While no evidence can be evidence, no evidence can also mean extensive preventative measures.

The new details of Heuermann's alleged familiarity with the site appears in a 34-page document from prosecutors opposing a defense motion that seeks to separate the charges into multiple trials.

Assistant District Attorney Andrew Lee with the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office argued in two documents filed Tuesday that the cases should be tried at the same time rather than split into five trials requested by Heuermann's defense attorney

*The defense team for Bryan Kohberger, who is accused of killing four University of Idaho students in 2022, may be seeking to remove the death penalty as a sentencing option by arguing that he may be on the autism spectrum

Dexter indeed.

No wonder the house is now vacated - push pins in the basement. No wonder Asa moved.

I have a terrible feeling (RT says we only know 20% of the Evidence) - we really all need to buckle up for what is to come !

Sure. I’m not going to forget HK2002 any time soon.

But this is a guy with access to any number of properties. I would not hang my hat on him exclusively killing in his house.

Maybe it’s something the prosecutors like to talk about for focus. To present a cohesive picture.

For some reason a lot of people have a problem with ambiguity and probability. So maybe it’s a good idea to keep it simple.

It would be a shame if his other victims are forgotten as a result. But you have to be realistic I suppose.

Curious how Michael Brown will try and explain away that incriminating evidence is he hasn't already.

Looking again at this having already been shocked before, these misspellings just seem so curious. If he doesn't ever say what his misspelling "method" is about, we will probably never know. If I recall correctly, back in the day spell check didn't work on all caps words. Could they be accidentally misspelled? It feels very intentional, but maybe not?

Some people are just really bad at spelling. BTK is another example. Rex may have not cared about correcting anything because the document was for his eyes only.

What is that pic of the list with things like body prep? was that from something he had written?

''The “blueprint” document was discovered after investigators mined more than 350 electronic devices seized from Heuermann’s home, according to Tierney.

“It had been erased and we used forensic tools to recover it,” the district attorney said.

The bail application said the Gilgo Homicide Task Force “believe that the totality of circumstances surrounding the … Planning Document, including Heuermann’s attempt to delete its existence, points to it as Heuermann’s self-education and ‘homework’ on the topic of carrying out serial, sexual murder.”

‘Thing to remember’ list of lessons learned

The “blueprint” document included a “pre-prep” section on steps to take before a killing, such as checking an area for surveillance cameras. A “prep” section appeared to outline what needed to be done closer to the time of the homicides, such as building a table with a “cross bar” underneath to support heavier objects, according to the bail application.''
