Michael Brown was appointed to RH on Friday, July 14, 2023 the day after he was arrested which was Thursday, July 13th.
Brown had been law partners with Bob Macedonio and over the weekend AE had Macedonio as her legal counsel.

Do you think that is how it happened? I know they split up a long time ago, but they were ADA's together.. He is an odd choice IMO, but I guess he gets the job done, and he did get her that peacock deal....very quickly too. IDKKK

I wouldn’t believe anything Macedonio says. He probably made that comment as a precursor to AE soon announcing she would file for divorce. Macedonio probably advised her to do it to protect her assets and income.

IMO:
There was no advantage by Macedonio saying client's marriage was troubled.
That opens the door to contradict Macedonio claiming that AE never had an inklings something was up with RH during their 27 yr marriage.
Next comes the question to AE what was your marriage troubled by?

The filing for divorce to try and protect one's assets is kind of standard after one's spouse is arrested for serious injuries/death(s) and most likely will be sued in civil court.
Chauvin's wife Kelly did the same thing.

I posted the video of Macedonio saying by Saturday morning AE was his client.
IMO:
The judge/court isn't going to recommend a private lawyer to her and Brown knows the importance his client RH's wife will be in his defending RH.
If there's an open channel between Brown and AE's lawyer it couldn't get any better for Brown.
Macedonio does not have a career record to be proud of.
They do talk and Macedonio confirmed that when interviewed outside RH's residence during the 2nd search/seize when he told the reporter he hasn't spoken yet with Brown about the search but will be.

Yes, I 100% agree. That would be the very first thing an attorney would suggest IMO. I don't know if she knew or not, but she appeared pretty traumatized at the beginning. I appreciated your opinion, I never understood how she got an attorney like him so fast, but it makes more sense with your input. TY

One of the worst things about this information is that there are countless victims on those devices and they likely are not the same ones we are aware of


FWIW I'd just like to say that even though it's taken many years to get to this place, I am pleased to see how swiftly everything has been moving. I too pray that LE are able to ID more people. Not an easy task.


Wondering if there might be EXIF data contained within those terabytes of images? Hopefully there are breadcrumbs.

Imagine a person so deranged to read books, change methods, buy new phones for each victim, who DOESN'T Throw anything away!! Idk if I am the only one who is curious what he bought when he got home for AC, but there is one charge on the cc bill that no one even mentions...162 dollar at circuit city!!

Between the old records he kept and the devices, I feel very confident that LE is working as fast as they can to get more justice and more families will get answers.

It is heartbreaking at the same time, My heart aches for the families and I really love how this site closely monitors and maintains so much respect. I rarely look at social media anymore and there is a whole new thing with AI and bots replicating legit news sites (especially radio for some odd reason) and since I learned about it, I see it everywhere now. False info about these crimes is just so ...I can't even find a strong enough word, but there is A LOT of misinformation about this case being put out there for various reasons, and I hope those people are arrested one day too. I have such a long list of sites that take parts of a real news story, quote that story and then add or change other parts, it has led me to never use anything not proven to be a legal document that I find on my own or can access on my own. There is so much on reddit and twitter that I notice has been out for so long, people just believe it, and it hurts the victims so much IMO, I will only use this site and anything of mine is removed, I know it's because I made some kind of mistake and I trust that!

Brown is looking into a change of venue but still he realizes outer space might be the only place where RH might get a fair trial. In other words, he's going down regardless of where the trial will be held, not because of an unfair trial, but because he is guilty as charged. But Brown will waste the guy's money anyway to go through the motions. The family has money to spare anyway now. MOO.

Maybe not, but travel is tiring and she doesn't strike me as a high-energy person. However, if she's contracted to make certain appearances, I'd guess she'll still be around. And I'd guess she would not be paying the bills for those appearances.
