ADMIN NOTE:

Posts have been removed. "Stephanie" was speculating and now WSers are speculating on her speculation and going into discussion of dominatrix.

The DA does not believe Danielle's death is related to RH (and she supposedly died of kidney failure due to an overdose).

Please don't get into spec on spec. Thank you.

Nobody thinks RH killed this lady.

The question is - why does her phone number repeatedly appear in RH’s notes?

That lead to wild clueless speculation.

It’s still an interesting question, but unless more of RH’s notes are revealed we will likely never know.

It's a fact that Goodling's phone number was on RH's planning document. It was made public, and wasn't blurred out. He probably didn't have anything to do with her death, but, that doesn't mean he didn't PLAN to kill her. I think DG was one of many who got away, or dodged a bullet.
RH had HUNDREDS of interactions with SWs between 2020 and 2023. He was STILL at it. Mia (aka Bella) who was mentioned in the bail application may have been another one in his crosshairs. In March of 2020, RH messaged her: "ANDY HERE EMAIL ME AT [email protected] WE CAN TALK BED INFO." She advertises a room that is "equipped with BDSM bed." So I'm guessing that's the bed he was inquiring about. It seems like their schedules weren't meshing and they couldn't make plans within the allotted time while wife wasn’t home. Thank goodness!
I believe some may have sensed he was off/weird/bad news/dangerous and didn't go for a date or continue to see him, just like Nicole Nikki Brass did!
I believe her, and I commend her for being brave enough to tell her story. It's a different world now. I don't think SWers are looked down upon as much anymore. It's 2025. WE LISTEN, AND WE DON’T JUDGE! Especially here on WS. It would be great for more women to come forward if they've had a run-in with this monster.

The motion filed Wednesday argues that a "substantial disparity" exists between the evidence in the first indictment — charging Heuermann with first and second-degree murder in the killings of Melissa Barthelemy, Amber Costello and Megan Waterman — and the allegations in three superseding indictments, which could lead to an improper conviction based on "cumulative effect.

""Much of the evidence will involve lengthy testimony, multiple exhibits and be of a technical nature," wrote attorney Sabato Caponi, of Bohemia, a member of the team appointed to represent Heuermann.

"A trial encompassing all 10 counts would unjustifiably create a strong risk that the jury will be unable to segregate the evidence by its separate and distinct relevance to each individual incident."The defense motion states that while there is evidence that "may be common" in each of the counts, prosecutors have to date shared "substantially more evidence" they intend to present in the Barthelemy, Costello and Waterman cases.

Wednesday’s filing is the second defense motion filed in the case, both of which will be discussed with Suffolk Supreme Court Justice Timothy Mazzei at a conference set for Jan. 29.

Me too.
I had looked up the distance between Taylorsville NC and Chester County SC where RH had/has properties and it's about 200 miles.
Immediately thinking of that woman who went missing..her daughter says she saw her mother with Ray on more than one occasion..mOO

id rather them do 2 proper trials, with each victims case being tried once, then for mistakes to be made and EVERYONE have to go thru it again,

Rex had her lined up as a possible victim. However, he could never bank on her being around at the right time. He could only act while his family was out of town. That's why his "target" section is vague. He had enough experience with the sex industry to know that he needed to be very flexible in regards to victim selection.

As for why he had her number, he may have hired her before. Serial killers who target sex workers are often "regular johns" who will avail of these women's services before, during, and after their killings.

Over the years, Rex likely hired many girls who he didn't kill.

Yup, totally agree. Such an awful person, RH.

See, I think the problem is that, as a serial predator, the pattern of behaviour is key. They're not separate murders with no connection. We see serial killers prosecuted for multiple victims all the time because the pattern is important.

This isn't like bringing a person's drink driving into a case of credit card fraud. This is a person committing the same crime over and over, learning and perfecting his craft.

Taylor and Mack were mutilated and partially dismembered with body parts located both at Gilgo Beach and in Manorville. Costilla showed signs of mutilation but she was not dismembered and her body was found more than 40 miles east, in North Sea.

"There is no unique and consistent modus operandi common to all seven murders," Caponi alleged in the motion. "Quite the contrary."

There is nothing in crime that says MO has to remain consistent.

Richard Ramirez is a great example of someone who had such a chaotic embrace of doing all kinds of violence on all kinds of people in a variety of settings, and nobody doubts he was a serial killer.

By comparison, RH is almost textbook.

''Prosecutors have released evidence showing a potential four-day period where Taylor may have been in captivity, based on the last time she called a family member and the day when a pickup truck was seen near where her body was found.''
The remains of Taylor and Costilla were found shortly after their death, meaning investigators had more physical evidence to observe.''

"With regard to the Gilgo Four, they were skeletonized, so we're left to surmise a lot of things, or we just don't know, because we don't have the same amount of evidence that you would on a person who has been deceased for a period of days, as opposed to a period of years,"
Tierney said. "With Costilla and Jessica Taylor ... we know more about what, unfortunately, what happened to them, because there's more evidence there."

I've been hoping all along that the end was quick and there was no extended torture but I guess that is naive of me.

Taylor had been dead for days when she was found. She wasn't kept alive for those four days. These supposed "experts" need to do their homework before they spout sensationalist nonsense that will upset the victims' relatives.
