Sure. I’m not going to forget HK2002 any time soon.

But this is a guy with access to any number of properties. I would not hang my hat on him exclusively killing in his house.

Maybe it’s something the prosecutors like to talk about for focus. To present a cohesive picture.

For some reason a lot of people have a problem with ambiguity and probability. So maybe it’s a good idea to keep it simple.

It would be a shame if his other victims are forgotten as a result. But you have to be realistic I suppose.

Looking again at this having already been shocked before, these misspellings just seem so curious. If he doesn't ever say what his misspelling "method" is about, we will probably never know. If I recall correctly, back in the day spell check didn't work on all caps words. Could they be accidentally misspelled? It feels very intentional, but maybe not?

Some people are just really bad at spelling. BTK is another example. Rex may have not cared about correcting anything because the document was for his eyes only.

"Authorities were searching Sunday for a missing person at Gilgo Beach.

Suffolk County police said they received a call at 11:20 a.m. reporting that the person was from New York City and had been seen on Ocean Walk, a residential street in Gilgo Beach. A Nassau police spokeswoman said the missing person had not been found as of 4 p.m. Sunday."

I'm real curious how Michael Brown will try to explain away the "Things to Remember" header on the document.
I don't know since Brown has had time to digest it if he came up with something new trying to distance his client from it?

“But how do you cross-examine a document he created himself on his computer?” he said.

In a phone interview, Mr. Brown questioned the document’s authorship and whether prosecutors might have taken it out of context, but said he needed more time to review it.

Mr. Brown did call the two new charges, and the manual’s notes on mutilation and dismemberment, “inconsistent with the initial theory” put forth by prosecutors regarding the Gilgo Four. Unlike Ms. Taylor and Ms. Costilla, those four victims were all killed within several years of their discovery in 2010 and dumped close together, their bodies intact."
