Maybe, we should find out, when there were the conventions, which were in AE's interest. Probably she visited with her son in tow (as not to leave him at home and a burden for her working husband). VH maybe lived elsewhere or accompanied her mother too.

But If there was a wealth of DNA from the bathroom’s pipes’ nooks and crannies, would there be a hearing about WGS now?

It’s about time to set a precedent regarding WGS pf course, that they have to do that NOW - decades after the emergence of that paradigm shifting technique paved the way for the development of pharmaceuticals we would otherwise not have had a chance of obtaining before WGS was introduced - is somewhat baffling.

lets be realistic, there are probably many more victims, the oldest known murdered just before he married Asa. let's face it, he didn't do all his murdering in the basement of his parent's house.
being realistic and knowing that he was roaming free for a decade, that he started killing long ago...
that he is still being looked at for the Atlantic City 4 and that investigations are ongoing in SC...I think we are going to discover he has many more victims and my sincere wish would be he is indicted in SC and that he confesses all his crimes to avoid old sparky. mOO

I don't know what to make of AE's extremely disheartening and downright painful flurry of gush over the sadistic SK who turned out to be her husband. I find it gross, seriously. I find it so gross, it's hard for me to view it. I do think she bought it all, but have questions as to...

-five weeks away from her "hero," RH? But he seems to have justified it, so... I guess?
-the lack of questioning as to "hubby's" furious bathroom remodels when the outside of that house looks like the house Zsa Zsa's sister moved into in Green Acres, the self-apparent contradiction (interior v exterior) didn't penetrate with AE, guess not...?
-the drain of that couple's cash and his time that we know was occurring as a result of the murderer's activities-- nobody noticed?
-what still is looking like a vacuum of empathy for victims of horrendous crimes, and the alarm remains on this point whether she wants to believe RH is the perp or not

I think RH chose carefully when he married AE because he already had extensive history as an SK and he knew he needed to choose extremely carefully. He looked for someone he knew he could manipulate, and let's face it, she's not the only one he manipulated. Mr. Globe Trotting NYC Architectural Firm fooled pretty much everyone up until relatively recently. I've said it before, and saying it again: once LE found the identity of Peaches and Baby Doe, they'd cross a threshold with this killer. There's no doubt in my mind he killed Tanya and Tatiana, and there's zero doubt in my mind that part of the reason LE finally ID'd them is that LE has successfully connected some serious dots where RH is concerned with his "practices." So I'm waiting for the answers to come trickling in, and will be grateful for any answers we get.

In the meantime, though, having to listen to AE's musings... It's gross. Seriously.

I have many many questions for Victoria. so many questions. I could go on...and on. Ray has quite a bit to say on the subject of Victoria and as I was watching her flippantly saying she's not kink shaming her father, I felt a flicker of acknowledgement, then normalization and minimalizing.

I feel like we will come to find that V was exposed to much more than even she realizes. mOO

Unless MM decided to be an "executive producer" on the the documentary for free then yes, she profited.
It is said to be released in June, so I have no idea if she appears in it.
All I know is that she had/has no problem with AE/VH cashing in and standing behind RH/father.
I am leaving her son CS out of this greedy/toxic mess.

There are so many roles a producer might have.

One of them is securing financing.

I feel for MM; I feel hard. I have no business judging how she plays an extremely rare and terrible hand.

But I don't have to like it either. The whole project has a rancid smell. I hate how related this project and Suffolk corruption/reluctance to solve these murders and Shannan's seem to be to one another. Macedonia's vomit seems to be sprinkled everywhere across corruption, interference and profiteering.

I am sickened. I wont be supporting this media project.

Hope she gets help. Seems documentary producers have taken advantage of her vulnerability and lawyer let them do it. I haven’t watched but sounds like J€rry Springer mentality. OMO.

Some courtroom evidence that has not before been publicly revealed also makes its way into the series, including new information that Heuermann suddenly remodeled the bathroom in his Massapequa Park home days after the disappearance of alleged victim Melissa Barthelemy in 2009.

Ellerup said she was on a five-week vacation with her children in her native Iceland when Heuermann called her with the news that summer.

"He said to me, 'made a big mess, and I have a big surprise for you when you get home,' " Ellerup reveals in the second episode. "He told me he had ripped apart the whole bathroom, and he threw everything out."

Heuermann is due back in court June 17 for a continuation of a suppression hearing regarding DNA evidence in the case. The defense will call its first witness on that date, a court spokesperson said following his most recent court date in April.

That's possible, but I didn't detect any nervousness or fear. Her body language, the way she spoke didn't seem deceptive in that way. JMO, ICBW, but she's appeared from day 1 to to be a strong person, unafraid to speak her mind. I recall the way she talked to the news media. She was defiant, almost rude. She's never seemed to me to be a meek or fearful person. JMO

I am in the camp of she was/is a DV and coercive control victim.

Macedonio has jumped in to pile on the abuse, IMO.

But- she's not dead and she has strength to draw from. The strength to flip birds at intrusive press, for example.

Victim or not (probably victim IMO) she still can make her own choices. And we may like or dislike the choices she makes, even if we think she has been mistreated.

Doesn't this mean that the witness who claimed to have gone to the house with her LE boyfriend, who picked up a woman the witness thought was Karen Vargata and took her to a swingers party at the RH home, then left a scared and naked KV -- HAD TO HAVE BEEN MISTAKEN, right? If that was February before Rex and Asa married in April?

It was a second marriage and the 1990's. Marriage did not have to precede sharing a home. Even Macedonio didn't deny the timeline. He implied Asa was there and claimed she was pregnant at the time. No mistakes.

Ray went off the rails with that Victoria presser. Judging by what has been said on social media and Reddit, etc., the general consensus among people is that he has been saying certain things to get attention.

Macedonia claimed John Ray was just inserting himself for attention. But I never believed that. It seemed that Macedonia just didn't like his own greed and corruption exposed by John Ray. Also, Macedonio was taking actions and making statements that were discrediting LE's investigation. He appeared to be defending the actual murder suspect more than looking out for his clients interests. It does appear to have made good TV to paint the suspect as possibly innocent, or at least innocent in AE's eyes. Is it possible that Macedonia manipulated AE into this payday. It's possible she entered this business venture with more agency.

Whatever the truth is, John Ray did not enter into profiting from these horrific murders. He entered into attempting to solve them, sometimes representing families of victims, but never appearing to come out ahead financially.

RH is back in court Tuesday June 17th so hopefully Judge Mazzei will be ruling on the admittance of the DNA and separate trials or not.
I don't know about other DNA evidence but do know that LE removed 3 electric saws from the residence.

Maybe the prosecution is waiting on the judge's DNA ruling before handing over other DNA evidence they have and plan on using against RH?

The prosecution can seek a protective order to delay disclosure of certain information to avoid jeopardizing an ongoing investigation.

Also inculpatory evidence does not fall under the Brady Rule.
