While RH may have victims in other states, it’s possible his DNA won’t be linked to any of them. Unfortunately, many states don’t budget sufficiently to test DNA evidence on older murder cases.

I sincerely hope part of the plea deal includes agreement he will provide information about other victims. He should be required submit to interviews with LE from other jurisdictions before they give him special treatment.

I agree with everyone above that he’s only motivated for his own benefit. He’s spent his entire adult life bringing death and suffering to others for his own enjoyment and isn’t likely to change now.

Do we ever wonder how this type of person continues their fantasies in prison.
What do they get off on?
Maybe one ages out somewhat, sexually, but not mentally.

South Carolina legally allows capital punishment, primarily for murder with aggravating circumstances, such as killing a law enforcement officer, committing murder for hire, multiple homicides, or murder during another violent felony. The state also had statutes for child sexual assault, but the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2008 that the death penalty for non-homicidal child rape is unconstitutional, so it cannot be applied in those cases.

I do keep hoping SC WOULD had some clues to motivate more investigation.
Even if just for the great notoriaty they would get with this famous yuck.

Well, I really have to hold my tongue because I harbor so much dislike for Asa as well as her murderous serial killer husband Rex. She is not a bright one, not at all, ....she is stupid-dumb in my opinion. Their daughter., she is their spawn so I will give her some grace....."apple doesn't fall far from the tree" . Asa... I think she is creepier than her husband. And now he wants to plead guilty because he has assessed all evidence against him.? What an utter pig, murderous and cruel pig "serial killer" that stole the lives of some beautiful women in tortuous manner's and I hope his health continues to deteriorate and he suffers greatly, and that dumb ass wife of his... I hope she has her comeuppance. UGH.

I would think to see if they could get a reaction from AE about her husband's upcoming alleged guilty plea? It looked like nobody has been living there in quite some time, looking abandoned and more derelict than ever, although there seems to be a car in the driveway. I thought it was a good reminder to see that house again.

Many women weigh what would happen to them if they're dependent on the man for their financial lifestyle,then having a husband or boyfriend being incarcerated, even if bonded out if CPS is involved then the accused one probably can't return to the home because the children.

Women in this position could lose just about everything thereby their abused children or the victims of crimes husband/boyfriend are jailed for become unimportant.

This case is so unthinkably evil on so many fronts that if AE did pick up clues throughout the years she obviously chose to ignore them.

I remain disappointed that she was given a pass by Harrison from the get-go and never sat for interrogations even though I admire him and his team for bringing in RH.

AE lived with RH for thousands of days and nights between her summer vacations which is when he carried out his torturous murders.

If you can do that.... then you knew what was going on.

Yes! I didn't even think of that and it could be a treasure trove for LE for all levels of SA he may have inflicted on women throughout the years including murder.

I'm curious just how far his defense attorney Brown will push in the negotiations?
Like if a match pops up in CODIS he can't be prosecuted, if that is even possible to grant someone in a guilty plea.
Like a blanket pardon similar to what a president can bestow.
No matter what agreement they arrive at Judge Mazzei has to sign off on it.

I can definitely see cutting off matches as part of the negotiations... but i sure hope not.
Maybe no prosecution...but identification ok.

She can sign another Peacock deal, collect another million for herself and $450,00 for each of her 2 children.
Then Peacock can hire a forensic therapist who will explain then and there to AE and the millions of viewers how AE was able to live with a serial killer who had a severe fixation on violent sexual fantasies including children, dismembering and murder and the possibility of having done so in her home all without her ever having a clue that something was amiss.
The message is there's nothing more to see here kids.

They'll diagnose AE as a classic victim meanwhile this victim has never once claimed she suffered any kinds of abuse by her husband, he was and remained her hero even with all the info available to her from the investigation.

I still believe that her attorney Macedonio and Michael Brown were in cahoots from the get-go.
They once were law partners and RH was assigned Brown on Friday the day after he was arrested and the next day, Saturday, Macedonio got in touch with AE and began representing her.

My understanding is that Tierney said no plea deal would be offered awhile back. It sounds like hes just pleading guilty with no plea deal

The kitchen was weird too. I don’t recall what it was in the picture but it was definitely off. It just didn’t resemble a kitchen for a family of four.

Its his childhood home IIRC...I wonder if anything was changed ? An upgrade , new cabinets or redecorating ??

Will Asa and/or the children speak at RH's sentencing ?? Its chilling to think of her, their children possibly in a courtroom with the victims' families
