great question !!!!! I'm thinking its that or he's ill and a drawn out trial wouldn't be good for his health ....I know guys...i know !! I'm thinking of Joe Paterno and his cancer diagnosis coming out just after the horrific PennState abuse scandal....he fought nothing...and died fairly quickly after refusing treatment

A blast from the past.

Bob Macedonio talks about AE having had marital problems and had even considered a divorce yet that never garnered any media attention and she continued to say throughout that the man she was married to for 27 yrs is not capable of the crimes he is charged with.

He said for 7-10 yrs AE had different cancers and treatments plus we know she was financially dependent on her husband and that her son CS was dependent on her and that BM claimed she lived in her own world.
Yet while living in her own world then what ever could AE have seen or known about RH that rose to contemplating a divorce?
imo

maybe she thinks Rex's actions reflect on her in some way? that the "wife should have known" what he was doing.....

I wonder if possible crimes in death penalty states are somehow a part of this plea deal... wonder who is going to work on the definitive book about this massive case? I just know in my absolute soul that Rex wants to show the word how clever he is. It gives him a chuckle just thinking about it. This plea deal game everyone seems to be playing lately is atrocious, what concessions is he getting in return? does he get to relocate? pizza and beer? conjugal visits? disgusting. mOO

John Ray chimes in.

"John Ray, an attorney for Valerie Mack's son, said that his client was "cautiously awaiting the facts." Ray added that if a deal is struck, much will depend on the information presented during a potential allocution.

"If the full facts do not come out, make no mistake, we are going to pursue this," he said. "It's not over."

Ray added that his client wants authorities to investigate Heuermann's wife and children, who have not been criminally charged with any wrongdoing.

A lawyer representing Heuermann's wife, Asa Ellerup, did not immediately return a request for comment.'
