I found a different difference too, but wasn't sure how to do a spoiler. Took me longer than 12 secs.

Click on the 3 dots ( 4th icon from the left )

this gives a second drop down list
then click on the 6th icon along - looks a bit like a mask

that brings up the spoiler box. type your reply between the two brackets
