I cannot exercise because lactic acid buildup generates new growth, pain and inflammation in my rare painful disease that is considered a fat disorder.

"Research suggests a link to metabolic dysfunction where poor lymph flow causes a buildup of lactic acid in tissue. This lactic acid accumulation, along with reduced oxygenation, is believed to contribute to the intense pain and inflammation in the fatty tissues."
