I like my tea steeped for about five minutes before drinking it. My tea-loving cousins tease me unmercifully about it and call me a wannabe Brit.

When I went to Turkey
and threw myself into shopping frenzy
in EVERY little shop they greeted me with a tall glass (in shape of a tulip )
of Apple Tea.
After some time I felt like bursting hehehe
But I didn't have heart to decline

It was delicious!!!
The Turkish people know how to prepare TEA

I do that! I haven't always done it but I've been disappointed in the lack of flavour in many brands, most brands, so I've been doing that for about a year now.

I think it helps.
But nothing seems to have the taste and the feeling I used to get from tea growing up.

Will I have to go back to tea leaves I wonder. It's just the mess and disposing of tea leaves I wouldn't want to go back to.
