I refuse to eat raisins, liver, and cooked spinach.
Gator, yes it is electric. Is your kettle electric Tootsie? My cousin just bought one that’s electric and ceramic. She loves it.

I love all of thoseI refuse to eat raisins, liver, and cooked spinach.
Forget retro, how about an original?Gator, yes it is electric.
I do have a little retro ceramic kettle that I used to use in our backyard caravan which I would retreat to when my son's heavy metal band was practising
I actually do prefer stainless steel inside. And prefer ones that can't chip like glass or ceramic
The little retro one I have is like this. Mine has more of a line pattern on it.

What!
All I had today was my usual two slices of multigrain toast and a cup of coffee, oh and half an apple sliced.
I always try to have some fruit at breakfast.
I really dislike the food police people who pass judgement on what you eat.
I'm not saying i'm perfect but I've never made a negative comment ever on what someone else chooses to eat or tried to convert them to something I like.
I love liver the way my mother used to cook it.The only foods I absolutely will not eat are red beets, liver, Brussels sprouts, and asparagus.
You misunderstand me Dotta. It was a good old bantering![]()

What you call Red Beets I think is what we call beetroot, I love it on hamburgers and used to love to eat the sliced beetroot straight out of the tin.
I adore asparagus.
And love brussel sprouts.
That does look REALLY good!View attachment 635167

Life is good !!!!!!!![]()
Bon appetit everyone!
I like Lucky Charms. They’re magically delicious!
It used to be a “thing” in bars years ago where they would have hard-boiled eggs in a big plastic container with red beats. I did eat those! I don’t know if it’s still a thing, because I haven’t been in a bar in years!Beetroots are VERY healthy
because they are low in calories
and rich in fiber,
vitamins (C, B group, folic acid)
and minerals (potassium, magnesium, iron) that support the heart,
regulate blood pressure,
strengthen immunity,
improve digestion,
support liver detoxification,
increase energy
(thanks to nitrates, they improve oxygenation)
and may improve sports performance.

They are the natural "superfood",
full of antioxidants (betalain)
and have anti-inflammatory properties.
