Absolutely heartbreaking - he always came across as very humble and sweet! And obviously, very talented.

He struggled the majority of his life with addiction and I can't believe he succumbed to this deadly disease at 31. RIP Cory.

I hate when media sources say things such as in this article, he seemed to have "put his troubles behind him" after a brief stint in rehab. Really?? Because a 'brief stint in rehab' just makes all of the problems disappear?? STOP minimizing addiction! It is a life-long battle and it can be fatal. It doesn't just go away like a rash. (Sorry, personal pet peeve there)

Just last month, the actor appeared to have put his troubles behind him after a brief spell in rehab as he attended the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball on June 8 in Los Angeles - their last public event together and his first post-rehab.

Cory was seen with his girlfriend Lea, 26, at LAX airport on June 20th, both smiling at cameras.

That was particularly stupid even by the DM standards... if a celebrity attends a celebrity event and smiles at cameras it means they've got no troubles...Really?

I freaking love Glee! I've knitted Glee dolls for some of my friends in the past and Finn was an interesting knit! I really want to know what happened to that poor guy in his last hours, what was his thoughts when his body broke down and was crying for help? I can't imagine what his family, friends, Lea and castmates are going through. So upsetting.


Also, I am getting slightly annoyed that Taylor Swift's supposed affair with the man is being mentioned in the press. He's just died, respect his family and not mention that bimbo outta respect for them. Geez!

I can't say I'm a big celebrity watcher, but now that I've checked out a few media articles, I notice that, in spite of fame, Cory seems to have been a nice guy, who had troubles, but didn't let fame turn him into a jerk. That's a pretty tough thing to do.

If you google her being pregnant... It says on a media site I am not familiar with the rumours fly after Zimmerman verdict. I won't post a link as I don't know the media outlet.

He seems like such a nice guy. How did he start drinking and taking drugs at such an early age. From what I can gather he was in serious problems by 13. I wonder what his home life was like.
