I think that the best book available on the JBR case is a magazine. The Newsweek article "A case forever unraveling" from 1997 is I think still the best paper you can buy on this case. It points no fingers, draws few conclusions, and includes expert opinions. You have to pay to get it at the Newsweek archive site:
