From Ta Nea Greek newspaper today "The only thing the police found was the pilot's fingerprints on the insulating tape, since - as he allegedly claimed in his testimony - he gave it to the perpetrators to tie him up, under the threat of a gun, as they did not have him with him".
Thanks. Do you have the link to that article please?

ETA Don't worry I've found it

Γλυκά Νερά: Γιατί βρέθηκε DNA του πιλότου στη μονωτική ταινία - ΤΑ ΝΕΑ

The article also states that the psychologist is a person of interest to El.As (Greek Police)

"EL.AS officers They emphasize that this lady is an "object of investigation" and "is a person who is of interest to the authorities and should be investigated".

Police officers are continuing to investigate the possibility of inside information of the perpetrators of the robbery and murder of 20-year-old Caroline about the financial situation of the family. In this context, they will investigate, if the specific woman had inadvertently given her in some way, relevant information, which may have ended up with the unscrupulous perpetrators."

@Dotta
I'm trying to work out how to get my Iphone to do that!
I'm guessing you have an app?
I have an android Huawei phone. I didn't download anything. I guess it is browser Google Chrome that does translation. But twitter also has "translate tweet" option and facebook as well. But I think you can download translation app for Apple - I have never used an iphone.

I read it - and immediately another saying came to my mind: The darkest place is always under the lamp post :)

Thank you tayaway! I wish i could translate it to you, but I don't have enough time (I'm preparing my Thesis for my Master in Byzantine Archeology).
I've just put your article into an online translator and wow, what a lot of work you've done looking into the details of all of this woman's so-called 'Professional' credentials. Here (UK) the profession isn't regulated (i.e. anyone can call themselves a counsellor), but obviously 'proper' counsellors join one of the well established and respected professional bodies, for which there are rigorously checked membership requirements. Organisations like the National Health Service, schools, colleges etc who employ counsellors, know to only employ those who are current members of those bodies, but anyone can set up as a private practitioner without any qualifications whatsoever. This leaves potential clients in a very vulnerable position as they can easily fall prey to charlatans.

Ah, yes, thanks. I'll look into it!

Does this mean that EM is now a suspect?

From Ta Nea Greek newspaper today "The only thing the police found was the pilot's fingerprints on the insulating tape, since - as he allegedly claimed in his testimony - he gave it to the perpetrators to tie him up, under the threat of a gun, as they did not have him with him".

Wait, what? Wow. So let me get this straight, the perps broke in knowing C&B had a bunch of cash on them, but for some reason, were unprepared?

I just have to quote from the online translation, from the same Ta Nea article, to further validate those of us here who were screaming up the walls about EM's unprofessional treatment of C: "Medical confidentiality, moreover, applies even after death, even for police investigations."

Did police know all along that EM wasn't who she portrayed? I want to believe that since this case gained international attention, they put their best detectives on the case.

It does look like EM is at the very least a 'person of interest'.
It does appear that she's not exactly the most honest person on the planet.

And yes, how very odd that the perps forgot to put tape on their packing list when they planned the robbery. It was lucky B had some handy, otherwise, I guess, someone would have had to pop to the corner shop.

The string to tie him with also came from the house.

Hehe! Too funny!

Is she a person of interest in the murder investigation or in the fraud investigation about her false credentials? That makes a difference in what we can discuss here.

She's a person of interest involving C's murder case.

Online automatic translation: "Police officers are continuing to investigate the possibility of inside information of the perpetrators of the robbery and murder of 20-year-old Caroline about the financial situation of the family. In this context, they will investigate whether the specific woman [EM] had inadvertently given her some relevant information, which may have ended up with the unscrupulous perpetrators."

Would anyone have expected details of the jewellery stolen to be released by the police? It sounds as if it could have been some exclusive perhaps antique pieces at that value, and quite unusual for a young couple, unless they were inherited items. (£21,500)

Agree. They would have been insured I presume and therefore would be photos and valuations.

Hmm, I think I would have the insulating tape in my basement along with other tools etc, certainly not in my bedroom in the attic.

Equally, I would not keep the money in my basement in a Monopoly box! No disrespect intended but this is being stretched too far....

..with the handy distraction of the therapist looking for her moments of fame.

Blow as cops find no DNA under murdered Brit's nails & STILL no getaway car

"THE hunt for sadistic thieves who tortured a Brit mum to death has been dealt a blow after it emerged no DNA has been found under her fingernails.

Cops believed Caroline Crouch, 20, a black belt kickboxer, had put up a struggle when one of the gang strangled her and the dramatic twist comes as the gang’s getaway car as yet to be found."

I wonder how likely a black belt kick-boxer could be murdered in this way. I would expect that, unless she was sedated, she would have been able to hold off a close contact, physical assault, but I know nothing of kick boxing.
