It's only early here but I have some kind of flu thing and sat up all night last night coughing so thought I'd try and get some sleep tonight.

It's only 8.15pm here though and I rarely go to bed before 2am.

I did think of a possible future invention, connected up to WS through wireless, and there's this arm thing that shakes you awake when there's something major happening in a case. You can choose to turn it on or off just like the email ones. My imagination does go places at times

Could it be his lawyer ?

My guess is it's another helicopter pilot, who is also a friend. That it concerns foriensic testing is interesting.
And also investigators nowadays have some pretty brilliant tech people to get around people hiding that kind of thing, but I know nothing about memory cards. jmo

I very much hope they have found data to show exactly what time they were removed. Very interesting if they were to show a time hours before the attacks.

as far as i know this friend accompanied him to the helicopter, he did not enter with him, he was not a lawyer

According to an ANT1 report, the 32-year-old allegedly told Caroline's mother that the police helicopter came to pick him up to go and identify a suspect arrested by the authorities at the airport but theres not any arresting in the airport

I haven't heard any official announcement from the authorities about him being a POI... so I don't know for sure. So far they keep talking about him being called again to give another statement to the police. According to this article, the smartwatch Caroline was wearing shows a TOD that doesn't match B's original narrative. It also states that the CCTV camera has recorded B laying on the living room couch, holding the baby, at about 1 am in the morning, and that the SD card appears to have been removed at a time not compatible with the crime.
