If they had been arguing I wonder if he waited for her to fall asleep, given no defensive injuries on C.
I don't know, if they had been arguing then chances are she was awake when she was murdered. He could have incapacitated her quickly and then suffocated her. Imo

No wonder the neighbour didn't hear them rowing, it seems like they conducted their arguments over texts. Brilliant for police! Her phone must have been tampered with but it seems they managed to retrieve everything. He couldn't exactly say the robbers took it with them, because that would raise questions about why they left his, on the charger, IMO.
I'm surprised he didn't destroy both phones and say the robbers took them. LE would have found the data eventually, but it might have stalled the investigation.

Either way, he's not the brightest bulb.

I wonder if there had been problems growing between them since the baby was born. Perhaps she did not have post natal depression, but was beginning to assert herself more and B was not happy with this. Perhaps he hoped the therapist would hypnotize her so she became subservient to him.

I'd imagine she turned a lot of her attention to the baby after her birth, which wouldn't sit well with Prince Charming.

The Greek Police certainly kept their cards close to their chest haha I got heart palpitations whenever I heard about "foreign gangs" but I forgive them:)

Ta Nea June 17:

Intense quarrels
However, the quarrels between the couple seem to have been intense lately, and not just on the night of the murder.

According to information from STAR, Caroline had informed her husband that she wanted to divorce him, an element that may be a key to the developments.

In fact, according to messages sent by Caroline to a person whom she trusted and confessed various personal problems, she had expressed her desire to leave him and move to her paternal home in Alonissos with their child.

This person, according to Sputnik, had submitted all these data, but there was no other evidence to put the 32-year-old in the "frame" of the suspects.

I think that after the SMS fight and her threat of leaving him, he sat in the living room simmering with rage (midnight as camera showed). After an hour his rage built up to madness and he decided to punish her (1.40 camera was disabled). The rest is history. That he left so many clues means it wasn't premeditated days before but Caroline's fate was decided that night. Crime of passion. MOO
There are differing degrees of premeditation
It may be that he didn’t plan for this to happen that night but at some point that night, some elements of premeditation took place and it’s sorting out the wheat from the Chaffe so to speak and going through the whole timeline from sundown to sunup and ascertaining what happened when and from then looking at other aspects of the scenario for example the cameras SD cards being removed and how that correlates to TOD
There are many things that can lend weight to pre meditation versus non premeditated crime of passion

So much for the "therapist" saying that they were very happy.

Thank you for explaining this. It's good to hear an expert talking :)

I think I just saw a post that indicated the camera stopped at 1:19.

I do not believe this was a crime of passion. That would indicate that he was in a fit of rage and did not have time to think about his actions. I believe this was premeditated murder.

Imo

I guess they don't lie when they say crimes of passion are the most common ones...

We would never know. Only B knows the answer. I expressed my opinion and you expressed yours. I respect all views :)

I imagine they immediately saw straight through his story, just as we did,but had to bide their time until forensic and electronic data results came back.

I wonder if they have to wear teeth guards so they don't grind them to dust while keeping silent!
