No .I think C was used and manipulated. He was behind any mental anquish she suffered.
As I said that is just my hyphotesis and I wouldn't cut my arm (Polish saying) to defend it:) Human psyche is a mystery.

Out of topic, but here in Greece we say "cut my head" or "put my hand in the fire":)
I don't know what to make of the diary. If it was indeed written by her, the only thing it proves to me is that she was in desperate need of moral support and the help of a professional to get back on her feet.

Out of 3: arm, head, fire - I choose Polish version :) Im patriotic:)

There was a media report I posted that C didn't approve of the purchase of the plot of land, as it was in a very isolated area. And AK has a lot of questions about the purchase of the land. So I do not know that we can say yet that they bought the plot of land together.

As for the money, I have questions about B's job. I don't know much about helicopters. Maybe someone can help us on that. What is their range? I think you said it was a charter company he worked for? What else do we know? Descriptions of the company in reports I've seen in Greek media, translate as "the transit/transport business over foreign countries." Isn't it possible that B could have been making some helicopter flights "freelance" or "on the side" as part of a side business?

Yes, it's a charter company (Superior Air) and they've since removed him, but his CV on their website said that he had various pilot jobs, in air (flying chartered flights...) and on land (pilot instructor, safety manager). It showed that he consistently upgraded his qualifications and got new certifications. There is a vid I linked some pages back about a show (Ζόρικα Επαγγέλματα Forced Professions) that featured the company and you get to see B c. 2015; you can find the whole episode (Επάγγελμα Πιλότος Pilot Profession) on youtube.

We do know that B flew a chopper to the island to see C while she was in high school. Sometimes he flew every weekend, even if only for an hour. I'm assuming that was a company chopper. I've no idea what the pay scale is for such a pilot. Either we can research it, or, as you've suggested, get help from somebody in the know.

But I thought he said he wanted the maximum punishment

SDNA June 20 : Father of the year is chomping at the bit to get the court stuff done so he can do his time and get back to raising his daughter!

I imagine next he'll be wanting a medal for bravely saving his child.

It IS the maximum punishment available:D (laughing ironically because I just can't with how ridiculous it is that we're discussing the existent possibility of a cold blooded murderer regaining custody of his daughter, whose mother he killed and whose life he destroyed. But I guess that in such dark cases, we can all use a little humor.)
Out of 3: arm, head, fire - I choose Polish version :) Im patriotic:)
It does sound like the least violent/gruesome option out of the three;)

I think an expression we use here, in Australia, "I'd give my right arm" means something different.

Ie I'd give my right arm to be a millionaire. Or I'd give my right arm to know how the magician did that trick.

Sounds like her life was a living hell.

C's friend talking. It seems she had a tracker in her phone so B knew exactly where she was all the time.

Diary entires reveal how Briton wanted to divorce her husband before he murdered her | Daily Mail Online

Lydia had been in her father's custody until he admitted to murdering his wife and their dog on Wednesday. Now a judge will have to decide whether Lydia will be given to her mother's relatives in Alonissos or to Anagnostopoulos's family.

Social services are currently investigating both potential living situations to find which one is more suitable for a minor.

Under Article 1532 of the Greek Civil Code the prosecutor is able to take any measure to ensure the protection of the child in question until the court decision is issued within 90 days

I'd imagine he's expecting to be released before the end of the year, at the latest!
As they say: Dreams are free, everybody can indulge in them :) But Seriously - is he going to be stripped of parental rights??? Family Court should decide I guess. While deciding about baby's adoption, right?

I asked a while back if anyone knew who was looking after Lydia, as I found it strange (even alarming) if she remained in B's custody unless LE literally had zero suspicion he was implicated in C's murder. Now we know that they suspected him all along - and one of the first officers on the scene gave the child to B's mother as he was so concerned she might be in danger - I'm sure everyone is very relieved nothing happened to her while they kept up the pretence he wasn't a POI so as not to spook him. Maybe on balance they felt Lydia was safer if B thought he was in the clear and likely in danger if B thought LE were onto him. In which case, I would think they would rely quite heavily on the psychologist's view to make this risk assessment. JIMO

He probably meant the maximum punishment for manslaughter or unintentional murder. That's all he's admitted to so far. Imo

Diary entires reveal how Briton wanted to divorce her husband before he murdered her | Daily Mail Online

He released his first statement to the press since his arrest through his lawyer, Alexandros Papaioannidis and said: 'My concern is for our child, Lydia. I send well wishes to both of our families. I am devastated about everything I did, I did it with my child in mind.'

EVEN if we believe he killed C accidentally by hugging her too tightly out of love, EVEN if we believe once he realised she was dead, his first thought was he had to cover up the crime vs call the emergency services, EVEN if we believe C was emotionally unstable and prone to violent outbursts that could put her child in danger, EVEN if we believe everything B did after C's death - and continues to do - is motivated by Lydia's best interests, it's completely ludicrous to kill a puppy to make the robbery look "more realistic". IMO this is the biggest flaw in his (ever-changing) narrative that will ultimately undermine his defence - whatever reason/excuse/justification he wants to give for C's death, killing the puppy in cold blood makes absolutely no sense - to anyone other than B. JIMO
