More from Polish MSM

" 'Przemek's only conflict was with his ex-wife;
she had been tormenting him mentally for years,
mainly over money,
and exploited the children to do so',
a friend of the professor said.

'Przemek flew to Greece on June 27th to attend a court hearing with his ex-wife
and to pick up his children
(a 10-year-old son and a daughter, twins — ed.)
for a vacation,
which, despite a court order,
his wife prevented him from going on for the second year in a row.
He hoped to see his children',
Przemek's friend, who wishes to remain anonymous due to the sensitive nature of the case, tells 'Fakt'.

(Przemek is diminutive form of the name Przemysław)

According to a friend:

'
The conflict with his wife was his only conflict.
It was about finances and childcare.
The Greek media writes that this woman is an economist,
but that's nonsense.
She's unemployed and lived off alimony from Przemek.

There were terrible arguments,
just fighting over money.

When they were still married,
Przemek started a company for her so she could have her own business,
because it was hard for her to find employment.

They built it together for many years.

And last year,
she extracted about $30,000 from the company, just like that.
Przemek was furious and filed a lawsuit in the US to cut her off from the business
so she wouldn't act to his detriment.
She was furious'.

'Fakt' has learned that the professor was brutally beaten last year while in Greece.

Everyone advised Przemek against traveling to Greece.

Jeziorski's friend emphasizes that before leaving for Greece at the end of June,
his current partner and loved ones advised him against the trip out of concern for his health,
primarily due to the previous assault.

'He was afraid,
but he was stubborn and wanted to see his children.
Especially since she hadn't let him have them on vacation last year
because she was making everything difficult for him, just to ruin his life,
because Przemek suffered greatly mentally',
claims a friend of Przemek Jeziorski."

This is terrible.
The poor children were in the "eye of this cyclone".
And now,
they are practically orphans :(

Boy, never saw this outcome when I read the other day he was there for a custody hearing.

Do they not show Dateline in Greece?

Kudos to the victim for fighting for his kids to the end. So sorry for the kids who got caught in the middle, as happens too often in divorce cases.

Honestly folks,
how stupid one can be??
(except being evil, that is)

To murder a father at an agreed place where he was to pick up the kids??

One doesn't need to be Sherlock Holmes to "follow the breadcrumbs".

And to choose "accomplices" who later blackmailed the murderer??
Oh,
and who now "sing like canaries" to Police.

Oh dear...
Too bad!

So...
In short...

Also from Polish MSM...

"According to Greek media,
police have detained five people
in connection with the murder of Przemysław Jeziorski,
(
Polishman living in the US)
which occurred near Athens on July 4th.

Among those detained:
- is the man's ex-wife,
a 43-year-old Greek woman
whom, according to the newspaper 'Kathimerini',
investigators suspect of instigating the crime.
However,
the woman denies this.

- In addition to her,
the woman's current partner,
a 35-year-old Greek man,
was also detained
and allegedly confessed to firing the fatal shots.

'Kathimerini' adds that
the remaining three detainees will likely be charged with complicity.

Public broadcaster ERT reports that they are
- two Albanians and one Bulgarian,
who were allegedly responsible for transporting and providing an alibi for the perpetrator."

If I RC
the Bulgarian guy contacted the perp with the Albanians (who later blackmailed the murderer)
Honestly,
this is the next level international "divorce war" 😵‍💫

The murder of Polish professor in Greece.

Footage released.

'Ambush'.

1752848037548.webp

The website ieidiseis.gr published footage that shows an "ambush" set for Przemysław Jeziorski.

The 35-year-old killer, hiding under a blanket,
and two Albanians were driving a rented Porsche Cayenne.

The three of them drove up to the house of the Polish professor's ex-wife around 3:00 p.m.

Przemysław Jeziorski was supposed to pick up the children from her home an hour later.

The attackers remained at the scene for approximately 70 minutes,
waiting for the lecturer to arrive.

When he arrived,
the 35-year-old went with a gun and executed him.

"I got out of the car, walked up to the teacher,
got closer, and shot him several times,
but I don't remember how many times",
the 35-year-old admitted during his testimony.

Ieidiseis.gr also obtained the case files.

The suspect admitted
he feared Przemysław Jeziorski would take the children away from his partner
and take them to the United States.

He decided to
"solve the problem once and for all."

More details from Polish MSM

1752910649302.webp

"investigators believe the murder was meticulously planned by Jeziorski's ex-wife and her partner.

The couple hired two Albanians and a Bulgarian to provide transportation after the murder and provide an alibi for Christos D.
(Nadia M.'s 35-year-old partner)

During the prosecutor's hearing,
Christos D. confessed and described the crime.
'I couldn't bear to see her sad anymore.
That's why I said I'd do it. I did all of that',
he said.

Protothema reports
that the perpetrator told the men he hired
that he only wanted to scare someone.

He assured them that if necessary,
Nadia M. would cover the lawyers' fees
and they had nothing to worry about.

On the day of the murder,
the perpetrators rented a Porsche.

The rental records allowed investigators to trace the two Albanians.

After the murder,
Christos D. threw the gun and jacket in the trash and then fled to Nafplio, where he intended to hide.

Investigators found evidence incriminating Nadia M.,
even though Christos D. attempted to take the blame.

According to Protothema,
a photo of the victim taken from behind on the day of the murder, showing what she was wearing that day,
was found on her phone.

Police believe this confirms her involvement in the murder.

Immediately after the murder,
she turned off her phone and deleted all data.

Nadia M. denies any involvement in the murder.

The family of the murdered professor is seeking to bring his children to Poland."

"We knew from the beginning who was behind it"

A friend of the murdered Pole told 'Fakt':

"We knew from the beginning that they were the suspects.
However,
it's astonishing to us that Przemek's ex-wife would go to such lengths.
She had been planning this for a long time.

Now things are starting to fall into place,
where the pressure for money comes from.

She needed money to pay for the murder, etc.
They had wanted to kill Przemek before,
but it didn't work out.

On Wednesday, July 2nd,
Nadia wanted Przemek to go camping with her and the children,
but he refused.

They probably wanted to kill him there
and fake his disappearance before Thursday's hearing,
which was ruled in Przemek's favor."

Przemysław Jeziorski's family from Gdynia

— his mother and brother —
are now trying to bring the 43-year-old's children to Poland.

Łukasz Jeziorski,
brother of the murdered Przemysław said:

"We want justice to be served.
Przemek's 10-year-old children,
who are citizens of the United States and Poland,
are currently being secured by Greek authorities,
in accordance with applicable Greek regulations.

Now, we must ensure their safety first and foremost
and reunite them with their family
to minimize the trauma they have already experienced.

As family members they know and trust,
we ask for respect for their privacy during this difficult time.

Przemek loved his children
and fought for them until the end."

Albanian Press is writing about the case too...

"The murder of the Polish professor in Greece is solved, 5 people are arrested,

two of them Albanians!

1752920508280.webp

Greek police have solved the murder of Polish professor Przemyslaw Jeziorski on July 4 in Athens, Greece.

Five people are involved in the incident, the professor's ex-wife, her partner, two Albanians and a Bulgarian.

The arrested Albanian is Andrea Sherri, 24 years old,
and the other Albanian is a 16-year-old.

He (the perp)
recruited three accomplices, two Albanians and a Bulgarian, telling them:

'We want to go somewhere to beat up someone who is bothering my girlfriend'.

The rented vehicle was tracked by the police through the rental company,
which led the police
to the two Albanians."

A 16 year old!!!!
I noticed a photo (in a post above)
of a teen, looking very childish, being led by Police.
I wasn't sure who this teen is at first.
Now I know.
Words fail me :(

Thanks for all your information about this, Dotta. It such a very sad case. Przemyslaw Jeziorski seems to have been a gifted academic from a good family who was unlucky enough to cross paths with these lowlifes. The ex-wife and her bf werent exactly criminal masterminds, caught on camera or thinking deleting a photo from the phone meant the police couldnt trace it.
The Albanians newspaper is jumping the gun a bit - those involved deserve a fair trial. Very sorry for the kids - at least theyll have one another but I hope they go to family members who will offer them a secure upbringing, ideally with their Polish relatives.

More information is emerging regarding the murder of Polish professor Przemysław J. in Greece.

His ex-wife, Nadia M., and her current partner, Christos D.,

exchanged text messages intended to mislead investigators,

Greek media reports.

The investigation revealed
that a month and a half before the crime,
Nadia M.'s current partner, 35-year-old Christos D.,
had acquired a Soviet-era Tokarev pistol and ammunition.

Greek media reported that on July 4,
she took a photo of Przemysław J.
as he was getting into a taxi toand then sent it to her partner and his accomplices so they could identify the victim.

Convinced that it was merely an act of intimidation,
his accomplices fled in panic after the murder
leaving the killer behind.

Christos D. then threw the gun and his jacket in a trash bin
and headed to Nafplio,
where one of his men, a 30-year-old Bulgarian, was waiting for him with his car and phone.

Now, Greek media are reporting that in the meantime, Nadia M. and Christos D. tried to pretend to be innocent
by exchanging text messages after the murder of Przemysław J.
The woman – as revealed by the Greek website star.gr – wrote:

I think something tragic has happened. Call me when you can.
"I'm in Nafplio, honey, I'm worried. What happened? I've been trying to contact you, but you're not answering," the man replied.

So...
The Albanians fled in dismay
but it didn't prevent them to blackmail the murderer later.

They probably thought they could get away with it, since it originated with the mother's side of the family.

"Further details are emerging in the murder of Professor Przemysław J. in Greece.

Investigators have determined
that just before his execution,
the killer received a message on his messenger that his victim was approaching,
according to Greek media.

The message was sent from the home where the scientist's ex-wife was staying.

Investigators believe the killer received a tip.
When Przemysław J. came into view,
the perpetrator was informed directly.

- He's coming, he's coming.

The message was sent
from a phone located in the woman's home,
belonging to the perpetrator's son,

according to Greek media.

This is further evidence that incriminates the woman.

These messages could prove to be key evidence in the case."

@19thcenturynovel

Thank you for the link!
Very interesting.

"On Monday,
the five people charged will appear in person in court for their plea,
according to Michalis Dimitrakopoulos,
the lawyer representing the victim’s family.

The court will determine
whether the suspects will be remanded in custody pending the trial.

A trial date will be set at a later stage,
Dimitrakopoulos told CNN.

'The victim’s mother and brother will take sole custody of the children',
Dimitrakopoulos told Greek media on Friday.

The lawyer said that
'we’ve talked to the prosecutor for minors
so that the victim’s mom and brother can get full custody of the kids
and live with them in Poland,
where they are now.

They have the opportunity to raise them in a loving environment,
in a completely protective environment',
Dimitrakopoulos said,

adding that:

'If the mother is acquitted,
because we respect the presumption of innocence,
then she has the right
to request sole custody of her children'."

Was there ever any doubt? Lol

Did they really think they would get away with it? Yup they did. Stupidity overload.

It would be hysterically funny if a father fighting for his children wasn’t now dead, the mother of said children will be behind bars for a VERY long time, and two young children are without a mother or father.

It’s despicable. I guess the only good is that she didn’t kill her children so he couldn’t have them. It’s not like we haven’t seen that before.

Boy oh boy!

To add...

She must have thought of herself as soooo clever
using the bf's son's phone to send a tip of PJ coming.

But, surprise, surprise
Police took hold of all phones in the house.

On top of everything, the father’s child support allowed the mom to live “in style” with her men and children.

Why kill him? Unless she hoped to get all his money and books royalties?

" 'She is innocent',
said the ex-wife’s lawyer, Alexandros Pasiatas,
expressing certainty that the evidence to emerge from the main investigation
will prove that she was not involved.

A prosecutor is expected to decide on Monday
whether the suspects will be freed
or remain in custody during the main investigation, and pending trial."

"Months before his fatal shooting in Greece,
UC Berkeley professor Przemyslaw Jeziorski accused his ex-wife, Nadia M.,
of using threats,
financial coercion,
and her boyfriend's violence
to gain leverage in their contentious divorce,
according to newly obtained court documents from Alameda County."
