One thing that has really bothered me from the beginning of this case is why didn't LE issue an Amber Alert? No Police sketch of ZG no press conference asking for the publics help in locating ZG or the Nanny or anybody. I think they know something & unfortunatley I don't think it's good news.

The ONE thing which tells me the are convinced Caylee is dead is the F.B.I. came into this - and they did not dispatch their missing children team. They have a team which goes into action immediately and they have never used them too look for Caylee. If they had even the smallest inkling that child was alive they would have gone to work on it immediately.

Those "fake" sightings that NO ONE reported to LE but ONLY told George were all just used to confuse the case. If you noticed the F.B.I. did not even track that down..........local LE checked it out.

That should tell everyone the answer............

It's not the amount of time he's spent with her that sends me red flags...this is a high profile case and I'm sure she is a high maintenance client, it's his language and terminology that seems suspect, almost purposeful...there is just no telling what these 2 have drummed up

OK Seriously everyone - regarding FOLLOWING THE MONEY TRAIL....how are Cindy and George paying their bill when they aren't working? Pray tell - we know they have the money to bond Casey out....what gives?

IMO she didn't sell her. Doesn't fit with her stealing and abandoning the car - if she had sold her - she would have "disappeared" long before Cindy was able to drag her out of Tony's. Not that she wouldn't have been "around" - she could have gotten her "own place" and hid right there in plain sight!

What I find very curious is that Casey remembers the exact last day that Tony saw Caylee but she was a whole week off about when Caylee actually went missing. (Either that or the 9th really was the last time Casey saw her and someone else took Caylee to Cindy's on the 15th and George was lying about seeing Caylee on the 16th.)

Ok legal panel experts, am I right in interpreting this to say that evidence needed for a murder charge would need proof that the would not be needed for felony child neglect and therefore if LE is still collecting evidence the murder charge could be brought at a later date.?

Thats a great point. But the other side of that argument is can you imagine the public backlash against LE if there really is a kidnapper. It seems to me that they are treating this case as a murder not a missing child case.

what backlash would that be if there is a "kidnapper" - if they find her and she's returned - I don't see any backlash. I don't believe she was kidnapped. Any time a missing child is returned - usually don't see any backlash against LE.

How do you KNOW the FBI didn't "use" their team to look for Caylee? FBI found "Rockfeller - Chichester - Whoevermynameis guy. They found him and that child in just days!!! You don't openly see the FBI when they work a case. Haven't you noticed that all the LE that have publicly spoken in this case have all been LOCAL LE - the FBI does NOT DO PRESSERS!!! At least, not until they break it.

IMO his statements to the press in the last 24 hours have been aimed at softening Casey's image and garnering sympathy for Casey. (reminds me of a Rolling Stone's song title) It's all pre-trial damage control.

That is perplexing..........neither of them are working........George has not worked in a while and lost his new job. Surely to God, people are not still sending them money with them DOING NOTHING to find that child.

According to Cindy's brother Rick- George has a gambling problem (or did have) that is why they had to file bankruptcy in Ohio and lost their house there. He also said there was never a plausible answer as to why he lost his LE job there.

How are the living or are they just "milking" this for money?

I keep wondering if/when they are going to charge Cindy with perjury for lying under oath at the bond hearing. She said that JG is Caylee's father when she knew that the DNA test had long since disproved that.
