How do they know that Aug 5th video is of the exact spot she was found? I mean it could be a video of just the "area". That video can't be confirmation the spot she was found was not underwater at that time, since we don't know where the exact spot is, right now.

Fox news had a camera less than 35 feet away from spot were bag was found & they did not notice any water nor did they smell any human decomp.

Was the film they were showing while they were saying this supposed to have been taken in August, too?

You know, Fox's footage of that area is conveniently weird. Who films where a garbage bag is conveniently laying? How strange is that?

Woods are woods -- I want to know how they can definitively say that that footage is in THOSE woods, in THAT spot where the body was found? They haven't even had access to the crime scene to KNOW where the body was found.

It's news to me also. The last time Baez was asked about change of venue he said they were studying other markets for possibilities.

I actually have special personal fantasies about that meeting. I feel LKB seems like something of a pitbull. And no lawyer wants a client who lies constantly and constantly changes their lies. I think LKB would regulate Casey hardcore and I'd love to see it!! I bet Casey will HATE LKB. I bet they will have VERY minimal interaction.

Exactly how long after death should one be smelling decomposition? On August 5 it had been 50 days, or seven weeks. I submit that at that point there would be very little odor - if any.

Wouldn't the remains be almost skeletonized by that point if the date of death was 6/16?

Why couldn't the bag have floated down to this area from somewhere else close by after the hurricanes and rain? Or perhaps animals drug the bag here since the bag didn't appear sealed anymore and parts are scattered? I don't see why the only explanation is that someone moved the body to this spot. How about animals or floating?

Sounds like Fox is doing that generally, e.g., GR and makes me think Fox is funding the Defense.

GVS backed off this case for weeks, it wasn't just politics that got in the way and, GR was the only one with coverage but it was always JB.

GVS is now presenting the Defense side and, while there are claims on both sides -- that the crime scene was flooded and not flooded --- spinning the body was not there previously just kicks the whole thing up a few more notches.

I am certain the forensics and the bones being scattered will show both animal and water activity moved them but -- this spin in defense of the defense by Fox is intriguing. Benefactor? $$$$$$$

Unbelievable!! Dr. Baden is on right now lying and saying that there has been no water in the area where the remains were found and that area had been searched with cadaver dogs and if the body had been there months ago when LE searched it, the dogs would have found it. The truth is not all of that area had been searched with dogs and where the remains were found was underwater at the time LE tried to search it. Talk about taking facts and twisting them around!!!! This is what we all have to look forward to in the upcoming months from the defense team.

I guess the kid who lives across the street and has for years doesn't know much. He says the area was knee to waist deep in water, like it is every year, July to the dry season which is now. :waitasec:
