I was thinking the same thing..Gainesville or Ft. Myers/Cape Coral which has a large population of retired folks who may just feel sorry for KC.

I am thinking they want the younger less educated jurors for this case. There is a lot to absorb in this case, and the dumber the jurors, the better off the defense will be.

Beyond Belief, you cannot imagine what I saw when I read, "The insect people were in the scene". Maybe we should just lay back & let them take over. The humanoids aren't anything to brag about.

lol Ah, so true,Tuba.

Its very interesting to hear everyones opinions and theories- but I guess we can guess and speculate and produce theories all we want- we really wont know the truth until the trial and maybe not even then- - or at least we will know how long the body has been there when the FBI releases their statements- Sure isnt hurting anything by trying to figure it out- and we sure can come up with some good thoughts I noticed and anything is possible with this case.

See, I was thinking the elderly b/c some of them aren't all there..not to be mean and I'm not saying all old people are losing it lol.

The sign posted in the shot Phil was reporting on says:

Danger, No Trespassing
By Order Of The Owner
City of Orlando

LE has said that the property they are searching is "Private Property"

If anything the sign would have said:
No Trespassing, Private Property :waitasec:

IIRC, the ownership of that property changed sometime between July and now. I wish I could remember where I heard this, but I can't. It's worth checking out though, before discounting the pix Phil showed.

Thanks Nora, your map is just what I needed!

Why does everyone keep saying the Ants house was 15 houses away from the scene, when it's 21 houses away?

Thanks again.

looked in the orange clerk link and found out that Cindy and George are supposed to give a statement in the Zenida Verses Casey hearing 12/22 also saw where Lee got a ticket 9/19 probably trying to get away from the media. Lots of interesting stuff.

IMO, if Casey asked for someone to move the body, it would have been for a better less detectable place and not so close to home.

Not if they were counting on this spot having been previously searched. Then they would expect that it had the "all clear" so what better place to put the remains?

Somewhere on this forum is the total rain amounts for the days in June and July up until Hurricane Faye. I live in Florida- approximately 2 hrs from the crime scene and i personally do not remember much rain in June and July. Quite a twist I think- Like Phil Keating said- LE either missed it or someone just put the body there or moved it- Is it a possibility the body was someplace else and someone moved it to that area when the hurricane came through so it would be covered with water? Is there an accomplice? Could she have told someone when she was out on bail what happened and asked them to move it? If LE searched that area with the dogs and there was no water as stated tonight, the dogs would not have missed it I dont gather- its getting worse and worse

I live 15 minutes away and the funny thing about Florida is that I can be having the worst rainstorm on my street and someone just 2 blocks away could be laying in the sun with no rain in sight.
A rainy day in Orlando can also mean a sunny day in Kissimmee

It would be interesting to find out who bought the land!

I think their best bet would be Miami where Jessicas was to move the trial but I have a feeling it will be moved to Naples- (south florida)

I'm thinking more like Broward County (Ft. Laud) - where ANS was - we have less hispanic pop and a lot of college age as well. Also, the trial that they just held up there for M. Hernandez (middle schooler who stabbed and slit throat of his best friend in a middle school bathroom), that crime happened here - don't know if they do a quid pro quo on changes of venue but might. If they do have it in Broward - I live about 10 blocks from the courthouse and I promise I will be there every day and on here every night giving updates!!!! I'm also thinking either NE Florida coast or somewhere in the far west panhandle.

That is why I said this may be KC's saving grace here............since the ONLY proof she took Caylee was GA & CA and now they have proved themselves to be such liars, it could be said they were lying not to protect KC but to protect themselves.

Well, I've always kept in the back of my mind that the ACTUAL KNOWN last person to be with Caylee alive was Cindy (F-day video at nursing home). Only GA says he saw her on the 16th.

Good Point turbo-- IIRC CA took Caylee swimming after they came back from mt dora. This tends to point to the time of death within hours if Caylee was still wearing her swimsuit. Just speculation on my part.

Bingo - see my reply above - CA was the last known person to see Caylee alive as documented.

I am thinking they want the younger less educated jurors for this case. There is a lot to absorb in this case, and the dumber the jurors, the better off the defense will be.

We have a lot of younger people here - plus just the mindset of pop here in Broward.

Guess that solves the problem of the video tonight (City of Orlando prop vs private property)

Yep - I've seen it rain on one side of the street and the houses across the street remain dry. I do believe the area was underwater.

I also believe poor little Caylee has been there the whole time. You can't tell me that if anyone moved that body that they also opened the bag and scattered her little bones. The video of LE taking away huge clumps of bushes I think they have found some in racoon dens. We have a lot of them around here and they are scavengers. It makes sense their dens would be under dense bushes.

I frosts my cookies to know that she was there the whole time and the A's never once got away from the cameras and went and looked. I know I would have - the TV crews would have just had to follow me. If the area was wet - I would have donned a pair of hip waders and continued on.

I still have no idea why she is inserting herself on caseys behalf.

it does seem to be 21 houses til the end of Hopespring. still just a 40 second ride and a quick drop off of baby Caylee.

I can't believe the Baden duo have the nerve to show their faces in public.....much less, give interviews and offer opinions. After they made a$$es out their sorry selves in the Specter 1 trial, I thought they would slither away and hide. Guess they figure enough time has passed that nobody would remember. Well, I remember! Dr. Lee and Baden-Baden should never be allowed NEAR another case. But, then, they are working for Jose.....kind of says it all, doesn't it?

Maybe Mr. Baden will use his "lizard brain" theory again......
