Could be wrong but I don't recall seeing this piece included in the BKH blast at the Sentinel when I first read it yesterday:

Wonder if the Sentinel was aware they were 'supposed' to be making a donation? Lol

Something that would make more sense such as donating playground equipment to the school Caylee would have attended in her name and at a portion of the costs. This charity has no money so to expect it to raise the money and afterwards be able to maintain the property is too unrealistic. Financially it just does not make any sense. I hope OS continues to expose them and demands to see their bottom line. The HOA members in that neighborhood have a right to know what is going on because this plan is calling way too much attention into this area.

Funny how the A's were sneaking down there when people started leaving items to remove them and NOW, that money is involved for them they are all for it. They are unbelievable, just unbelievable. jmo

All these threats thrown at the Sentinel regarding lawsuits...I see nothing filed yet, but then perhaps the online public records sites haven't yet been updated.

I would think, tho, that a good attorney never plays his hand before filing a suit, it should be a surprise. KWIM? So I would guess they haven't consulted an attorney or if they have, he/she may be unaware of the BKH online editorials. JMO

Anybody noticed that those free T shirts have Caylee'sfund.org alias Anthonys retirement fund at the left side on front.
I enlarged it to make sure.

The T shirts are nothing more than advertising, hoping people will see the shirt and donate. Exactly like the 'Caylee Bears', the T shirt on the bear had all the info so some sucker could donate. Another site sleuthed out the company selling the teddy bears. The bears were an advertising tool meant for legitimate business'.

There is a reason why Caylee's fund sounds very similar to Caylee's Law. The As had nothing to do with Caylee's Law but again, poor suckers won't know the difference and they'll think they are helping to pass a law for children instead of funding the As to sit around and think of ways to scam people.

I bet the OS would love getting these people in a courtroom because they would finally have to expose everything and the newspaper would finally have their answers. They talk about being threatened and then threaten the newspaper themselves????? Do the people of Orlando really want their money handled by an organization who can't deal with a situation as a mature adult, but resorts to name calling as if it will win people over.

I don't think the OS is intimidated by a charity that only had a bottom line of a little over $300 in 2010. Has anyone seen a tax statement filed for 2010? I hope OS keeps up the good work. The truth will come out and that is what the people of Orlando deserve. No more A family lies. Enough is enough. jmo

Isn't it just a little late in the year to be planning a dinner dance for December? It has to be the busiest time of the year for events, corporate holiday parties, people visiting Disney for the Christmas season, etc. And they are just starting to plan this with a "volunteer" staff, of course. They do a lot of "Fly by the seat of my pants" events......guess if it doesn't work out they'll blame the newspaper. And, good lord, what are they planning on putting up for auction????? lol

I noticed the photo of reporter Jeff Weiner was removed from the BKH editorial. I doubt BKH obtained written permission to use the photo, which is copyrighted...but, who knows? :waitasec: Yeah, if it were me, I'd sure ask permission to use Jeff's photo in that sort of editorial....<wink>
