It all depends on what he is sentenced. I would like to hear the words "Without Parole".

I thought they said sentencing was Nov. 18th

It is. Mark's trial is, for now, scheduled to begin Nov. 12th but some are theorizing it will be earlier.

Yes Mark’s trial call is November 12, JR’s sentencing November 18.

Some holes need to be patched before Mark's trial. Apparently this jury had some doubts on a few things, JMO

The tweet was read the wrong way. The 12th is MS trial, happening before the 18th JR’s sentencing.

And I need to add that JRR knew exactly what he was going to do in FL. SMH

Exactly. People who have no intent to ever murder anyone don't get tattoos that say "death, destruction, murder" on their bodies.

Sievers suspect Jimmy Rodgers has murder tattoo

Well the jury doesn’t believe he physically killed her. The jury didn’t find him guilty of killing her, they didn’t find him guilty of having a hammer, or breaking in to commit a crime. The jury’s verdict proved they think CWW acted alone and JRR had a moral obligation to report or prevent and he didn’t. That’s it. So how does that result effect the MS Trial?

Folks I am ok with this verdict!!! I am happy it is a guilty verdict!!

Is this true? Is that the definition of second-degree murder?

IMO, it effects it a lot. Please read the beginning threads in this case and you will understand where I am coming from.

I need to let this soak in, as everyone else.
I get why jurors found him guilty in the 2nd.... what us Sleuths are privy to vs jurors few days, conflicting on TaySho’s testimony and CWW seemingly ‘fuzzy’ story line (to them).
While this trial is of it’s own importance, it’s also like a side item. Like the loaded baked potato your may get with your filet.
I need a drink now.

JRR isn't worthy of being a yummy baked potato. He's just the overcooked limp green beans.

JRR escaped the Death Penalty.
It's still possible he could get LWOP in Florida for 2nd Degree Murder. Correct?

Yes and that is what the Prosecutor will ask for
