This was the first I heard about texting the payphone. Poor Heather :(
This may be a dumb question, but I'm going to ask it anyway and blame it on not finishing my coffee yet. Can LE read the content of those outgoing texts from the phone records? I'm guessing the answer is "no." Otherwise, I feel like those texts could possibly seal the deal in a case against SM, TM, or both.

Okay, yeah - that was a dumb question. According to T-Mobile, for privacy reasons, it doesn't store the content of text messages. Dangit!

I actually wrote up a long scenario of how it could have happened, but it involved the group of teenage boys who posted an ominous FB message that night. I'll see if I can find it tomorrow but my scenario involves more than just TM and SM to pull it off.

OK I found it. I do not actually mention the group of teenage boys in this scenario, but I do think it could be them. I also have not read this carefully today to see if any new information we now know would change any of my thoughts. But, here ya go :): http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sh...VIDENCE-Pro-and-Con-2&p=12660010#post12660010

Funny you should mention that, I posted back a few weeks ago when the Elvis' were at PT on August 18th for a vigil and notice that the banner read: "Break the Silence", I'm wondering if others outside, the Caison/Moorer family, know more, otherwise, who are they speaking to in "breaking the silence"?

So then who made all the calls to Sid? TM seeing if he would respond to Heather's calls? How would she have known they were meeting at LB and intercepted Heather?

I am not sure, my brain isn't fully awake yet lol I just know that when he went to WM that night, he took his keys with him so if TM was in the truck (I don't believe she was) he would have left the keys and wouldn't have locked it. Also, he drove to the payphone (IMO still alone) and called Heather so I think that is when he told her to meet at LB. I am just having trouble figuring out what happened after that b/c IMO Heather wouldn't have been trying to call SM frantically if HE was there murdering her or whatever happened there. I also don't think SM has it in him to murder, I really don't like the guy but I think he's too much of a wuss to do the dirty work and he wouldn't have been enraged like TM is/was at Heather. I think she was ambushed there but I am having trouble figuring out where TM was and how she knew where Heather would be.

SM drove home and picked her up then they went to LB? Was Heather calling b/c he wasn't there yet? Anyone have any new theories as to why she was desperately trying to reach SM at the payphone and/or on his cell?

As always, JMO which is subject to change often. :)

Question - Did we already know about Heather trying to text the pay phone, and I just forgot?

It breaks my heart thinking about her texting that payphone, trying to get a hold of him.

I don't remember that from the trial. It's just tragic to think about her in those last moments frantic to reach him who she thought was coming to meet her probably like they had done many times before. :(

IMO

WBTW's live FB feed is up: https://www.facebook.com/WBTWNews13/

In the comments, someone asked why TM was taken out of the court. Is anybody watching yet? Did any of you see that?

This may have something to do with why TM was taken out of the courtroom?

WBTW News13: To address the questions about the judge’s mention of Tammy Moorer: Tammy’s gag order hearing has been continued to a later date.

No live stream and no tweets as of yet.... didn't this supposed to start at 9:30am??

I guess gone are the days of SM dressing up in his Mickey Mouse tie. Based on his choice of shirts, it seems he's taking this trial less seriously.

I have a live picture - no sound. Attorneys talking, no judge as far as I can see.

This is at the link JerseyGirl just provided.
