Thankfully over ruled but now I'm curious where he was going.
He was trying to "prove" that Furr doesn't have a good memory.

You would think that woman giving the oath would wear something appropriate for work.... :dunno: JMO!![]()
He's trying to get facts thrown out based on stupid little details. :moo:
I missed that, will have to check it out next time she comes on the screen.
I want someone to tell the guy in the bright blue tee shirt that his shirt is INSIDE OUT!

some more tweets:
Next witness called by the state: HCPD Detective Brian Scales...but was a patrolman (road officer) at the time of Heather's disappearance
Scales was contacted by Officer Canterbury to respond with him to question Moorer at his home for missing person case
The conversation between Scales, Canterbury, another officer, and Moorer was recorded
At the time, officers believed Moorer was the last person to have spoken to Heather

The details matter in an obstruction case or any case. Locals know this police department has major issues with the truth with other things going on and lots of lawsuits and firings. KT knows what he is doing. I'm not on the side of the defense but lots of his questioning makes complete sense for the area.

What DVD he rented/watched a week later is not relevant, IMO. What he does on his own personal time is his business.
yes but the difference in talked to or seen is relevant. He can remember the that but can't remember what he did the next day is the point. KT wants the jury to catch the talked to part. That is important here. Again I'm not defending the Moorers just saying that pros is saying SM lied and defense is saying he answered the question asked.
Well the live stream stopped for me - I'll keep the tweet open, and going to go over to Savanna in No. Dakota case as that starts in a few minutes. See if I can find something on that one.
Plus it's getting late here....
:seeya:
Still working for me here, just sound though so maybe because they are playing the tape?
