I don't know if the jury will consider him credible considering his criminal history.

I can't handle this judge. I watched other trials when many times the Judges was kind to everyone.I'm not sure how much of this one I can watch.

Cousin of Moorer's wife talking about Sidney telling him he has information about Elvis missing (this convo happened after he was released from jail while on bond). Defense trying to find out that exact date of convo.

Defense cross examining and revealing cousin has been to jail 10-15 times.

I think they were brought back in just before this witness was sworn in. I'm not 100%, though, because I was backreading and listening simultaneously. Thanks for all the updates, btw. I had to step out for a while, and it makes it so much easier to catch up.

How is this witness even credible at all? With his "I don't know," "I'm not sure," "I can't really remember," -- Truslow should be tearing him a new one right now considering how he's treated all prior witnesses.
