Uh maybe the kidnapping trial we will know what he heard.

I think they were brought back in just before this witness was sworn in. I'm not 100%, though, because I was backreading and listening simultaneously. Thanks for all the updates, btw. I had to step out for a while, and it makes it so much easier to catch up.
Nevermind. The jury was not in, but they're being brought back in right now.

the defendant sure is squirming around and talking with his attorney a lot right now

Taylor Herlong: (before jury brought in)

This witness claims whatever that evidence is indicates SIdney knows more about Heather's disappearance.

Donald Demarino is on the stand now - he told the prosecution he was shown "something" on Sidney Moorer's phone indicating he had information about her after her disappearance.

Oh I would love to know what he saw on Sid's phone!

Liz Cooper:

Solicitor says she isn't going to ask witness to reveal what Moorer told him - just that witness had that convo with Moorer.

I really want to know why some of the things being brought up here weren't brought up in last years trial .. I think there surely wouldn't have been a mistrial declared if it was presented ... anyone else agree?

Demarino said he was talking alone with Sidney Moorer one night. While talking to him, Sidney showed Demarino a phone, he said.

I would give anything to have the camera pointed on TM's face right now.

Looks like his child has changed him, and he finally reached out. I wonder how many other family members are holding back.

Taylor Herlong:

Demarino never told police about seeing Sidney's phone.

Says he was in a "dark place and didn't know what to do". Eventually talked to detectives while he was in jail.

Absolutely agree in regard to the first witness from Hawke! Tammy's cousin is interesting but they probably decided his credibility would get in the way of his information the first trial.
