Anyone else thing the Moorers have been trying to conceive since they got out of jail, just to prove their narrative that they were wanting to get pregnant and that she was pregnant? All lies of course.

Yes I do but thankfully with her age it makes it harder, not impossible but harder.

He's not able to say exactly what it was sort of like Bri not being able to say what Heather told her but just that she was upset. I realllllllyyyyyyyy want to know what he saw like I'm sure we all do!

Is it unorthodox for the Judge to basically tell the defense to make this motion?? I don't feel good about this. Maybe I am misreading it?

Actually I'm glad that the Judge did that, so that SM can't try for the ineffective assistance of counsel thing and drag this circus out even longer.

He said they were in the garage (?) alone and that SM showed him. He said he left right after that.

Also, does anyone remember Jacob and what he said at the other trial about a flip phone? I can't remember and can search if nobody else can remember.

I was a little surprised that Truslow didn't object to Daniel saying that "they had just gotten out of jail. One one one day and the other the next." As far as I know, that was the only time during the whole trial it was mentioned that they'd been in jail.
