So they only cleaned the outside of the truck? That is odd? Wouldn't they need to do the inside too?

  • #262
I can't believe the defense is even touching on the truck cleaning. How do you come back from that?

He did mention it looked like they vacuumed the inside.

because he probably didn't intend on using them to celebrate (obviously) - also, my thoughts, if SM and TM were really "trying to have a baby" like they claimed, and it was positive, they would have smoked them to celebrate (isn't that why he bought them?) .. didn't TM claim she was pregnant when they were booked for murder originally??

sorry for my rambling, I'm still at work listening and working and trying to get my thoughts out LOL
The cigars were initially a RUSE to convince Heather to take the pregnancy test.

Sadly, that all depends on what happened to poor Heather.

At one point he said they were cleaning the inside.....then later he said the cab of the truck was a little messy with papers and a bag of snacks or something.

Yep ... I was just stating what SM said that it was all for TM - but yet they were just tossed in the tool box ... hmmmmmm ... they were never intended for TM and SM to celebrate any pregnancy

I guess I am going to have to rely on you all. My feed keeps buffering.

But, but, but, they cleaned the truck right there in the front yard, in broad daylight, in front of the security system they just installed. So they weren't trying to hide, correct?

PC: I wouldn't say that. I have cameras, and I forget they're there. I'll be watching the video and be like, "oh crap, I'm right there." Haha!
JB: So, you think they just forgot it was there?
PC: I just think they paid it any attention.

JB: Burn piles are normal in the unincorporated part of the county, right?
PC: Sure. I have one. But I don't burn rags in mine.
PC: When I see someone cleaning there car, that doesn't faze me.
PC: When they burn the rags they clean the car with, that gets my attention.
JB: But a lot of people burn trash in their yards.
PC: They weren't burning trash.

  • #270
He said they cleaned the interior of the car.

  • #271
PC: Like most people, I have trash cans at my house. I don't burn things I don't need.

Someone get this poor man some water

TM let PC step inside the camper and take pictures of it.

PC says to keep in mind they weren't investigating a crime on the 20th. "It's not a crime to go missing."

  • #275
TM let PC step inside the camper and take pictures of it.

But not the black truck. It was locked and she said she didn't have the keys, despite the fact she'd just driven it home from the police station where she had dropped SM off to be questioned.

PC states cadaver dogs were used on the exterior, but it was months later.

Did you just catch him say, as he poured himself some water, "I'm going to drink this whole pitcher here?" Ha!

Re-direct (NL): Side bar to discuss the relevance of a calendar.

What are they arguing about?

Nevermind - the calendar....
