Judge Dennis believes we can finish the evidentiary portion of the trial by lunch on Wednesday and spend the afternoon wrapping it. Lunch will be brought in for the jury on Wednesday. Apparently the judge has to go to Columbia tomorrow and is coming back Wednesday morning, so the jurors are asked to be in the jury room by 10:30.

Just for point of reference, Columbia is just under 2.5 hours from Conway.

Court dismissed for the day.

Ugh is all I will say. UGH UGH UGH. Things could have been so different, SM. So so so different. Heather loved your *&&^**&&**&^%^ for some unknown reason (although this is the best aesthetically he has looked since I first saw what he looked like) and I hate that she isn't here today because of that. That's all. End Rant. IMO
