She's a carbon copy of her mother/sister up there on the stand. She's got way too much of an explanation for simple questions. I guess when you've rehearsed this in your head 100000 times to make sure you get it right though, that's what happens.

Lots of slips though. She says she has to go to their truck to get her Bi-lo bonus card but then says TM uses her account and that she has a card. (Not verbatim ) Seemed like she was saying TM has her own card attached to her account? Where can we rewatch her testimony? I was driving so I was listening intently and happened to catch it.

I wonder if there's a receipt for the purchase of that cleaning kit and when it was purchased. They think they're so clever. I bet she went to the trouble of wrapping it and had SM unwrap it on camera. Or maybe they aren't that clever, but just wish they had thought to do that.

Just not enough time for the next witnesses, who they aren't even sure will be witnesses. Maybe a forensic expert, maybe SM, maybe they'll rest....

Oh there's no receipt. She paid cash for sure and went somewhere far away that LE wouldn't think to check cameras. Or it was too late by the time they did.

Yep, it didn't make sense until AC's testimony about the "Christmas gift." Honestly, they'd have been better off with my "skunk got in the truck" excuse.

No, the Judge was not pleased they did not have enough witnesses to go to 5 P.M. The Judge has something in Columbia tomorrow he could not get out of, will be back by 10:30 Wed.
