I don't think SM's attorney wanted any part of her and I think the State wanted to preserve what they could for her trial. SM would have been found guilty had their not been friends of the defense on the jury, imo.

I think that's the day TM found out about the affair. I don't remember when she took his phone though, because these records show he was communicating with HE.

I would imagine SM wasn't living at home for a few days. I don't know as fact though. Seeing TM's temper, I can't imagine how she responded to SM when she found out. She may have booted him out for awhile, threatened who knows what, etc. THEN she decided... nobody takes MY man, and started planning her attack.
