Is this her attorney since she was arrested and jailed or is this a new attorney?
I believe this is Greg McCollum, who has been her attorney all along.

The reason I have a hard time buying this theory is because I feel like parking the truck at PTL further implicates them, as does using HE's phone to call SM. Why would they purposely, knowingly put her car closer to their residence and be the absolute last person of contact with her. If i'm on the jury I don't necessarily buy that which is partly where the hangup comes for me (in an objective perspective, that is. I know they are guilty; just playing devil's advocate.)

Well it would mean taking a leap and drawing conclusions, but if SM didn't have his phone, so HAD to use HE's phone??! That may work. Or the phone was turned off, so as to not be tracked, and the Moorers thought that if LE couldn't find HE's phone then they couldn't find our who was called, and when. I mean, they have to know phones can be tracked, because they used the pay phone when data shows they had both their phones with them. So either battery removed, or turned off, they thought they were in the clear.. but something happened, and one needed to contact the other.

Now he's trying to argue that phone tracking can show where people were/are but earlier said they don't track people, just the phone LOL or am I hearing this wrong? I'm confused!! o_O:eek::oops: -- meaning the DA

Why is the defense asking a phone person to tell him what happened to Heather? There's no way for him to know. He isn't here to talk about what his theories are concerning Heather. He's just here to say what the phone data shows!

I see what you're saying, but my point is that PTL was never part of the plan, and SM panicked and drove Heather's car there. If TM had SM's phone at the house at that point, and SM was to leave Heather's phone with her car, he would have no choice but to call TM with the only phone he had on him. For me, it explains why the truck was driving at such high speeds to and from the landing - to lessen the amount of time someone could see it at the landing. It's just my theory though, and like I said, I certainly understand what you're saying too.

During cross examination Melson testifying Elvis's phone showed her in the area of Peachtree Boat Landing last in the early morning hours of Dec. 18. He says he doubts the cell tower that showed Sidney Moorers phone in the area of his home extends out to the landing also.

He needs to ask his client that!

Unless the defense come up with something at the end of this witness, this is very damning. At the end there, McCollum had to do lots of thinking and so he went with the fee question because he had worked himself into a corner, lol.

Remind me to send her an edible arrangement after this trial. Nancy girl, you have been through it with these cases and I feel the fireworks haven't even started yet.
