This is all stuff that the Moorers and their family have tried to use previously to make themselves look like victims of the state. I remember something about them claiming TM's father was forced to stay outside away from his medications, and that the children were traumatized by the guns. I'm surprised he went there, though, because wasn't the search warrant and the search results something that the defense wanted suppressed for Sidney's first trial?

You know she's involved and helped kidnap and most likely kill Heather. What woman would allow a pregnancy test for another woman to be used in her kidnapping trial if they weren't involved? That test was never for her and she didn't become "pregnant" until she knew there was a tape of SM making the purchase. Both lying to save their own and each others arse!

I hate to interject a dose of reality... but the preg test was purchased Dec 18th and this SLED agent did a search of their house mid Jan or later, right? Most people who buy a preg test use it fairly soon after buying it, so a preg test not being found a month later wouldn't be surprising (they tend to get used and then discarded). However, I'm not trying to say that test was for TM, as we know it wasn't.

IMO He was bringing it back to the actual evidence that was on the stand at that moment that the defense took 1234 miles away and never once mentioned.

So, am I alone in thinking that 5-minute call from Heather's phone at PTL is SM calling TM to say he panicked and didn't leave Heather's car at River Oaks? Begging TM to come get him, and TM is freaking out and yelling at him for breaking with the plan and for being so close to the house. TM finally gives in and flies to PTL as fast as possible to pick him up. Anybody else thinking that?
