We're still in DST. When the clocks fall back next month, UTC will be 5 hours ahead of the US East Coast.

If we're left wondering why he is on the stand, surely the jury is confused as well. I've missed most of today so maybe something else was said earlier or will happen later that make us realize why this was important to bring him from out of state to testify.

Won't his testimony just open the way for TM to say that it was in fact and "open marriage"?
