I think the State brought him on to show that Tammy was texting with this guy and all that stopped in December. This shows something changed in her world to make her stop talking to him.
I don't know what point the defense is trying to make, or if there is one.
Dot dot dot . . .
I think she’s posting on Facebook.
Surely her attorneys would advise against that, right?
Sure they would BUT personally, I doubt very much anyone can tell her what to do. She does all the ordering around!! She strikes me as a very controlling individual and an evil one at that!!! MOOSurely her attorneys would advise against that, right?

State has their time for redirect now. Solicitor Nancy Livesay brought up the comment from T-Mobile on the records. She says when you take a closer look at the phone records you see Terry Elvis was requesting that data and information the night after Heather went missing.
Anyone wanna bet Tammy is regaling the court officer with tales from her groupie days?
That GIF is awesomeeee!!!!I'm not sure if this will work but I created a GIF of one of yesterday's highlights.

I'll try to do another for the awesome performance of Ms. Joyce today.
However, I am worried, as I was with the Home Search Warrants.
The Defense must have their plan. They possibly are not useless.
I hope, with time, they don't bring all this together, and surprise us, with their reasons for seemingly, unhelpful Cross.
MOO.
