How many of us would take an SD card out of a new truck to use in another device? That is stupid! This attorney really comes across as dense to me.

Do you think they were manipulating the SD card during their entire trip so that it appeared to be malfunctioning?

It would surprise me to learn my 2013 VW or my moms 2013 ford 150 had an SD card.

Wondering that too. Were those locations the ONLY locations picked up? This seems weird.

I do think they were manipulating it. If it were broken, what fixed it?

Will Lynch, another police officer, now called up as a witness.

Looking at SM's trial notes, Officer Lynch compiled a report based on data extracted from the defendant's cellphone when he worked on the case while previously an investigator with the Fifteenth Solicitor's Drug Enforcement Unit.

That information included text messages between Moorer's and Elvis' phones.

The messages indicated a relationship between the two, which previous witnesses had testified to. One of the messages from Moorer's phone that Lynch testified about stated, "Sorry, I made a mistake."

Another message sent from Moorer's phone to Elvis' said, "Stop stalking me," according to Lynch's testimony.

Says a ton about the planning of the abduction .

Yes it really does and they were both in on it, no wonder neither has caved. Demons.

Lynch assisted the Horry County Police Dept. in Heather Elvis' case to extract data from Tammy and Sidney Moorer's cell phones @WBTWNews13

Lynch says he assisted Horry County in the investigation back on Christmas Eve in 2013. He dumped phones which had identification as "Sidney's iPhone" and "Tammy's iPhone." He says on the same page of the report it also identifies the number associated with the phone.

Snipped respectfully:

I believe this punishment alone - the reality of her life being put on display, New York Post, no less! - is destroying Tammy. She crafted stories and wove tales about her perfect life with a careful hand, and to see it all blasted publicly must be killing her. Messy house, Medicaid fraud, husband cheating with a beautiful young lady, “betrayal” of her son’s BFF, her “boyfriend” telling everyone she was just someone he talked dirty with, and he was not the handsome rock star she claimed to be a magnet for (no offense meant).

She wants to be thought of as a band aid, a groupie, a rock stars chick. She wants to be living the high life with a wealthy husband and a beautiful, happy home, so watching this unravel is satisfying.

Guilty verdict will be even more so.

And everything was photo-shopped to look even more 'magical'. Hopefully that obnoxiously oversized "T A M M Y" tattoo will give the jury a hint of the insanity.
