Lynch testified that on Nov 5th 2013, there was a text from Heather's phone to Sidney's phone and at that exact same time Tammy's phone is texting a friend or family member that she is seeing that text exchange between Sidney and Heather @WBTWNews13

He says Sidney and Tammy's phones didn't communicate with each other between November and December until Dec. 18 around 4 o'clock in the morning.

Why would they even be texting eachother then? Seems like if they were innocent they would have been sleeping or at the very least close enough to have an in person conversation!

Lynch says records indicate Tammy was using hers and Sidney's phones from Nov. 2 - Dec. 18. He says there was an incident on Nov. 5 when a text came into Sidney's phone from Heather's phone and Tammy communicated with someone else that she saw it.
