Lynch is now going through Sidney Moorer's phone records from November 2nd to December 18th, 2013. There were sexually explicit text read aloud from that the state is using to show that Tammy had Sidney's phone.

On Sidney's phone there's an outgoing call at 1:13 AM to Kevin Hummel (the NJ musician"boyfriend") and at 3:17 there's incoming call that goes to voicemail.

Testimony switching gears now to the early morning hours of Dec 18 2013 between 1:45&4 am. Lynch says an incoming call came to Sidney's phone from Heather Elvis at 3:17 a.m. There were more incoming calls placed from Heather's phone to Sidney's phone around 3:38 a.m. unanswered.
