Yes. I read yesterday on a FB page with the live stream that it was the connection at the courthouse. So no matter who is streaming, you'll still get a choppy transmission.

For those not watching live, Sidney was not allowed to visit his parents. He only visited her once (without Tammy) after he got married. But unexpectedly, the entire Moorer family (TM, SM and kids) showed up Christmas eve 2013. They did not call first.
