Prosecution still objects to the report as hear-say. Defense is asking witness more questions about it. Year on report is 2013. Witness did not search the address on the report (sounds like it was the Caison's).

If I was a juror that would definitely ring alarms for me. Someone who's innocent would look sick with anxiety if not downright upset.

Witness clarifies that he ran two reports from the "P1" system - one this morning and one yesterday.

Casey Brown is now having the witness look at a police report regarding a suspicious incident. Got him to state reports like that would be filed in the P1 system. Defense asked him to read the report then asked if he would agree the incident was suspicious.
Prosecution objected. Then asked him for the names on the report. Prosecution objected.

Anyone know what this report is about?

I think this is all being done to tie back in to the T Mobile witness. As I understand it, he is going to testify for the defense that a comment was noted in their system telling TE that they hoped he found his daughter soon or safe in July of 2013 not December. So from what I gather the state had the report ran to show there were no reports of her missing until December 2013. I am not sure why they ran the harassment report, but clearly the defense is now trying to discredit the validity of the report since they are saying it didn't pick up the report that he had just handed to the witness. That's what I gather anyway, but I'm at work and may have missed something or am interpreting it incorrectly.

Right. Heather was already dead, so unless it was her ghost, she was not harassing them in 2014. They are very harrassable people, so why is this testimony surprising in any way?

Agree with you, Valkyrii!! How she can sit there and smiling/laughing and smirking is beyond me. Those disgusting text messages on display for the world to see and all the testimony we've heard, ughh. She has NOTHING to smile about. Any normal human being would be hanging their head in shame not smiling and carrying on. We just heard her cousin say he saw a picture of HE and she looked DEAD. And she's sitting there smirking as if it's nothing, like, she KNOWS nobody is going to believe him. Really? She's thick as two planks, I'm telling you lol!!

The part I especially think will get to the jury is when he takes his long pauses and stares aimlessly at his paperwork to try to think of another silly meaningless question to ask.

Then after the long pauses sure enough he asks a silly meaningless question.
