Casey Brown suggested that Tammy backed up Sidney's phone in order to preserve the messages with Heather in preparation for a divorce.
Which is NOT something a wife in an open relationship who wasn't angry about her husband's infidelity would do.

Seems Bri is married now and has two children. Sad to think Heather wasn't able to grow up to do the same.

And further to our previous discussion, Bri was ~22 around the time so she could legally purchase alcohol.

So if Sidney genuinely bisexual, and if not, would Sidney really allow Tammy to use this line of questioning, telling everyone he’s had sex with men and women in the past?

So if he wouldn’t be fine with that, maybe he IS testifying against her

Both TM and SM may have used this, as a ploy, to try to get TM off these charges.
SM may agree to all this, whether correct or not.
MOO.

So according to Bri, Heather slept on the couch or shared Bri's bed. Someone else had the master bedroom and kept it locked. Bri just unlocked it to store Heather's things inside because there was no where else to put it.

So it makes sense that the master bathroom (which defense called "heather's bathroom") did not have the pregnancy test box.

ETA: It also explains why Heather had her things in luggage and bags. She did not have her own room/closet/dresser to store them in!

I'm really not surprised she's saying SM was with a man, she tried to say that her daughter sent those raunchy texts, I believe she would throw her mom, Polly Caison under the bus if it would help her

Well, wait until TM is on the stand.
She will possibly provide us with many more outlandish statements, to save herself.
MOO.

All that b.s about the suitcase and the trashbags looking like a trip was there sly way of trying to say it was HE's room.
The jury is probably mad they had to sit there for hours hearing about this stuff when the defense knew the whole time she was just storing stuff. wow. The state should have objected to the Heather bathroom thing.

#TammyMoorer - Bri stands next to Assistant Solicitor Nancy Livesay. She is describing the inside of the apartment she shared with #HeatherElvis.

I found a good link, thanks to you all! So proud of Bri for clearing up why she was sleeping in the living room and the bags and suit case.

Is it storming in Myrtle Beach now?

  • #98
There it is - Heather moved in with her stuff in bags and suitcases, and was living out of them until she and Bri came up with a better solution.
