Casey Brown just handed Tammy a laptop and it looked like she inserted a CD/DVD.

Good morning. Will today's testimony be even more shocking than yesterday?

Yesterday's testimony was certainly not a snooze fest, that is for sure.

I'm looking forward to the defendant taking the stand, as the defense attorney said she would in his open statements.

I have a crazy feeling that TM will take the stand. Either that or they are doing some prep for whomever the State is calling next. I haven't seen TM and McCollum so busy before.

McCollum is holding some printed photos. TM is looking at them, talking to him about them, and pointing to things while looking a little perturbed.

Judge is on the bench. Things are about to get underway

Defense & TM reviewing photos of what looks like Heather and the interior of the house to me. Must be about the cameras.

I don't think so unless SM throws her under the bus...one can hope and pray!

Still upset that Bri didn't get to describe SM's call to Heather. :( I never understand blocking some of the most compelling testimony as "hear-say". What if someone whispers "🤬🤬🤬 killed me" with their last breath? Would that be allowed?

Yes, there are exceptions like for excited utterances, and such.

I really don't like this muting. If we were sitting in the courtroom we'd hear everything anyway, why penalize those of us watching?

I really shouldn't complain, it's a treat to be able to watch a trial unfold rather than rely on tweets and MSM, but.

OK, I hear the judge's voice. We are back!
