Yes, see below, from August 2017 during the Obstruction of Justice trial of SM:

The next witness called was Donald Demarino, a cousin of Tammy Moorer, Sidney Moorer's wife. He testified that after Elvis' disappearance, Moorer showed him "something" on a cell phone indicating that Moorer had more information about Elvis' disappearance than what he told police. What was shown was not disclosed during this trial.

The defense asked Demarino if he was charged with obstruction of justice after not taking the information revealed to him to police. Demarino said he was not charged.

So because someone is "dishonest" by not filing tax returns, they invent stories about seeing photos of a dead missing girl on a phone? SMH

I wish they had gone into a little more detail of what about her appearance in that photo led him to think she couldnt walk or talk.

I believe he is trying to show the jurors that this man has been known to 'lie' before. I liked that the witness claimed irrelevancy.

Photos of a dead person on a phone would be a stretch of a like though.. Hopefully Jurors see through this.

Defense is trying to paint this guy as a loser--he IS a relative of TM. I salute him for his testimony and the fact that he knew he would be attacked on the stand. I feel so horrible for beautiful Heather. She did not deserve any of that.

Denamiro then testified that he believes that picture was taken for Tammy Moorer. Prosecution asked him after seeing that picture if he expects anyone to hear from Heather Elvis. Denamiro said no. @WBTWNews13

Cousin says that he saw a picture of Heather Elvis on a cellphone said it looked like she couldn't move. Said he didn't know what to do. Said he believes the picture was for Tammy. Said after seeing the photo he didn't believe anyone would hear from Elvis again.
